The food was really good, especially the General Tso chicken. Our server was just ok, not very friendly but at least got our order correct. Was disappointed with the fried shrimp because they do not have cocktail sauce, but the egg rolls were great. My biggest complaint was the dirty dishes cart was right out in the dining area by our table, not a very appetizing sight while eating.

This restaurant was across the street from my hotel[America's Best Value Inns] and offered a lunch buffet and varied dinner options, delicious at a very low price, and good, friendly service. Never felt rushed at all. Very much enjoyed my dinner with a friend.

This is a good place for a quick and cheap meal. I live in Carrollton, and I've been hitting this place for years every now and then. Look, this isn't a five star restaurant, but the couple that own it are friendly and they do a good job. There is a pretty good buffet during the week. I read some of the bad reviews, and quite frankly, I have no idea what they are talking about. The service is fine and the food is actually well prepared. Once again, this isn't like some restaurant on River Street in Savannah. It's a small family owned place, and they do a good job.

My wife and I were out shopping and saw the sign for Chinese food. Instantly needing a meal, we chose this location. We were promptly seated and our drink orders were taken. They have a great list of combination meals at a great price. We both ordered Shrimp Lo Mein which comes with an egg roll and soup for less than most Chinese restaurants charge for just the plate of food. The soup came out instantly and our meals came out shortly there after. The food was excellent! We will definitely return. This location is highly recommended!

sorry but i will never coming back, the food was terrible, the sauces were no fresh.
The chicken and soup were very poor taste and cutter very thinning pieces.
I call back to ask if they got confusion my Orden because my honey chicken luck like

Sorry, guys. The food is under/over cooked. The sauces are weak and the chicken and beef are not products in their natural state cut from the animal. The meat is some sort of processed product that has a very weird color, texture, and taste. Sorry - no decent Chinese food in Carrollton any more.

The new owners have changed the food and it has lost its taste and not for the better . The fried rice was plane and they charge extra for it

The time before this that we went to eat here, I had a discount for what I thought was this restaurant. Turns out they don't have any sort of coupon or discount at all. I talked with the manager and he gave me a gift card that I could use on my next visit! Great service! He didn't have to do that, but he understood my sticker-shock after receiving the bill for 7 people. We just went back and used the gift card with the same 7 people. I couldn't be happier! The food is great, well prepared, and the entertainment of watching them cook is a treasure for my youngest daughter. She just loves to watch the volcano and the rush of the fire cleaning the grill.

Food tasted very good. Cheaply priced. Restaurant was very dirty. Friendly staff. I wouldn't go back just because of how dirty and old the place was. The waiter was very good.

What can I say. It's mediocre Chinese food. If you want good Asian food and can deal with a chatty owner Cathy Ho's is the way to go. The food there is very good bordering on exceptional.

Great food and staff. I am not a big fan of Chinese restaurants. Most are dirty and food is mystery meat, but this one is always clean, service is great, and food is great. I have never had a bad experience there. All the food is great, but if I had to pick a favorite I would have to say the sizzling rice soup.

I hadn't been to this restaurant in many years (20 or so) but remembered their hot and sour soup was excellent back in the day. We decided to try it again yesterday, and it did not disappoint, the best I have ever had without a doubt.

The food in many Chinese restaurants seems to vary only in the sauce it's in, not in the preparation, but at Evergreen, the dishes are distinctive. The lunch buffet includes three soups, I believe, in addition to the main dishes. The hot and sour soup is my favorite of all the Chinese restaurants I've gone to -- just enough vegetables, still crunchy. I'm not especially fond of sweet sauces, but I enjoyed the ones I had, and there were several non-sweet ones that were excellent. I think I would have enjoyed a dish with more spiciness, but most dishes were mild.
One of the best things about this restaurant is that it isn't noisy. There is quiet background music, but even when seated near the entrance to the kitchen, you can still have a quiet conversation with your dining partners. This alone would keep me going back!
The staff was quiet, attentive without hovering, and competent. The owners seem to care about their customers and are quick to notice when something is lacking.
All told, this is a comfortable place to go with no surprises from visit to visit -- kind of a home away from home.

I went to this place not expecting much with my friends I ordered the lo mein and it was just barley better than i expected i still had a great time with my friends and the staff was nice and friendly

Friendly, efficient staff. Your drink never gets low, the food is good. We go there regularly for Sunday Buffet. Never a problem of any kind. The owner is on site and walking, looking.
