Always good food. Can get expensive if you so choose. We like the catfish and shrimp and grits as nicely priced menu items. Comfortable facility.

We visited going coastal for a Saturday night dinner date with my parents who were in town celebrating my father's birthday. We loved the decor and the idea of sustainable food. We anticipated great service, quality food and a memorable experience given the price point - unfortunately this place missed those high points. Server was awkwardly sarcastic and service was... My wife and I didn't have reservations and reluctantly took a seat at the edge of the "Kitchen bar" instead of waiting an hour for a table. About 2 minutes after we sat down it became clear that we had the best seat in the house. The kitchen runs like a machine and watching the chefs, servers, dishwashers, platers ...all... More

The food at this restaurant is awesome, but if you get there later in the evening they often run out of their fresh fish selections which can be frustrating. Go early if you want a bigger selection of fish to choose from.

The food is fresh, wait staff great, service is not too bad....the only problem with this restaurant is the loud noise and sometimes very cold inside. If they could somehow tone down the sound of everyone talking and turn up the thermostat, we'd go there more often, thus the 4 rating. Otherwise, we love the food and the prices are... More

Today as we left a funeral at the National Cemetery, we were in search of a place for me to eat. As a gluten-free, dairy-free pescatarian, this can be quite a challenge. I generally use Trip Advisor when I travel, but have begun using it even at home. I used it to locate somewhere near where we were. Goin' Coastal... More

Simply southern huh? Although it is a seafood restaurant, the bourbon and the fried chicken were our favorites. And the trout dip as an appetizer was fantastic! Place was very busy, decor is just so so, kitchen is visible from dining area - hard to believe so much food comes from that small of a kitchen. Enjoyed our visit!

Came here on a much needed date night with my husband. We came later in the evening so there was no need for a reservation. We were seated quickly in a comfortable booth. Our waitress was knowledgeable on the fish options they had for the day. I just so happened to get the last piece of Mahi for the day!... More

This is my 4th time eating here. I have never been disappointed. The Mahi is amazing!! I had the tuna for an appetizer. Amazing as well. Each time I have had fantastic waitresses that are very informative. We will be back soon!

Both the service and the food were excellent. Definitely recommend and will be going back. Atmosphere was comfortable, not too "snooty" but still very nice. Was able to actually have a conversation without having to shout, which is always a plus. Portions were nice, not crazy big. Prices are reasonable for the quality food and drink you receive.
