We've eaten here several times and always enjoy returning for the stellar service, great food and intriguing ambiance. There is seating both inside and on both sides of the sidewalk. (If passersby getting too close to your food bothers you, you might want to go inside). Highly recommend the Chicken Adana and the pineapple dessert. The portions are huge so... More

This is fantastic experience from the moment you enter. The ambiance is almost like being in Turkey. The food is authentic as anywhere I have traveled. They make everything here fresh and obviously with real attention to detail. From the hostess to the wait staff you feel welcomed. The salad and Donair were as fresh as I have ever had.... More

This is my second visit. And ate the same foods. Never disappointed. Had the sampler appetizer platter. Share a main dish afterwards. Great service. Will be back!

We had a selection of Turkish food. We started with red lentil soup as an appetizer. Then an order of humus, tow appetizers and chicken nuggets for the pre-schooler. He asked if we wanted bread. We were surprised to discover the large puffed up Lavas loaf was going to be an additional $4.50. It was kind of like pita when... More

Really nice experience. We started out with the Lavas bread and tabbulli. I loved the presentation of the bread. We ate every bit of it!We had the lamb shank and the chicken patties as our main courses. The lamb was very tender and the chicken patties had a whole lot of flavor. We tried the cucumber dip with the patties but... More

My wife and I chose this restaurant at random because Turkish food sounded good for lunch. We were not disappointed. The food was delicious and bountiful. I particularly enjoyed the lamb shish kabobs which came with rice, cabbage/beet salad, onion salad, and sweet shaved carrots. We also were able to get a table on the street that made the meal... OK. I love Mediterranean food and have sampled turkish fare from the middle east through Europe and across the USA. Bosphorous is one of the top two Turkish restaurants that I have visited. Food was unbelievably good, from fheshly made pits with hummus/tabouli/baba ganoush appetizers to the main course (stuffed cabbage for my wife, lamb kabob for me) to the... More

Nice atmosphere. Great service. I had the chicken Adana. (One of most popular dishes)They said it was spicy but it wasn't all that spicy to me, but it was tasty. It was served over pilaf with a side of cabbage salad and a carrot salad. I overheard a waiter saying you can easily switch to more of one side and... More

What an amazing meal. I had the lamb kabob... exceptionally cooked very tender. I highly recommend Bosporus one of the best meals I've have in Turkish cuisine and I've been to Istanbul twice!

Description
Bosphorous Turkish Cuisine is a family owned business, established in 2005, that offers variety of authentic Turkish food from many regions of Turkey. Bosphorous Turkish Cuisine adapted its name from one of the oldest cities in the world, Istanbul, which was once known as the Constantinople in the early 13th century. The name “Bosphorous” taken from the strait that lies in the center of Istanbul connecting the Black Sea and the Sea of Marmara, Europe to Asia. The decor of this eatery is kept to minimum to draw the attention to the food. The intent was to create a modernized, warm authentic atmosphere by taking the old elements of Istanbul and combining it with some modern influences to create a truly unique experience.
