We usually love this restaurant. We went two weeks ago on a Friday and always sit at the bar. Tonight we went and the bar was closed for renovation! We ordered our "happy hour" drinks but it was limited (had a special list), ok...my second drink they made with the "house tequila" (1.50 less than the patron but I had... More

My guy and I were clueless about Turkish food, but since we had an up-coming party invite with a Turkish theme, we decided to sample the cuisine while visiting Winter Park for the day. A friend and former Winter Park resident recommended Bosphorous, and since it is located right on Park Ave., we decided to give it a try. We... More

We were a group of 4. We start with red sangria. As a fan of sangria i have to tell that it wasn't good as expected. For appetizer we order the Lavas (Hollow Bread) and Humus. The bread was amazing to watch but the Humus was mediocre. For entry, We shared the meat sampler platter for two ($39.95). Chicken and... More

Recently, we ate at the Bosphorous Turkish restauant, Winter Park, FL. Great location and a nice subtle decor on the inside. The background music was OK, but I'd preferred Turkish music. Having a Mideast background, I'm familiar with many the foods. The wait staff probably didn't know that. We ordered the sauteed eggplant, chicken sis kebab and chicken adana kebab.... More

Thank you first and foremost for providing feedback to us. I am extremely disappointed in our teams' lack of immersion for you - our guest. This is not our standard and clearly would have helped to make a genuine difference in your experience based on your comments. Each time our servers should always start with "Have you dined with US... More

Last night was the second time that my spouse and I visited Bosphorus in the past few months. Both times, we ordered the mixed appetizer plate and some lavash. The first time, we also ordered the zucchini cakes, kibbi, and falafel. Get here! The food is amazing! The flavors are wonderful and the food always very fresh. This is my... More

We recently visited Bosphorous. It was a Sunday night and the area was fairly quiet. I seemed as those most restaurants had closed already. Bosphorous seemed interesting of the places still open, so we decided to go there. What a great decision that was. The food was amazing. We had no idea the portions would be so huge. Even though... I have been to this restaurant twice, and I enjoyed the unique food both times. I especially love the bread, so make sure you order it for a fun experience. Go when you have time to sit and enjoy the experience, because they tend to be a little slow in getting the food out, but it's worth the wait.

We have visited Bosphorous in Winter Park Florida on several occasions and we both agree that when we are in the mood for Lamb this is our go to place. Lamb has a flavor for me in the back that if not cook properly I just can't enjoy it. This is not the case at Bosphorous. I have enjoyed many... More

Description
Bosphorous Turkish Cuisine is a family owned business, established in 2005, that offers variety of authentic Turkish food from many regions of Turkey. Bosphorous Turkish Cuisine adapted its name from one of the oldest cities in the world, Istanbul, which was once known as the Constantinople in the early 13th century. The name “Bosphorous” taken from the strait that lies in the center of Istanbul connecting the Black Sea and the Sea of Marmara, Europe to Asia. The decor of this eatery is kept to minimum to draw the attention to the food. The intent was to create a modernized, warm authentic atmosphere by taking the old elements of Istanbul and combining it with some modern influences to create a truly unique experience.
