Girls night out turned out to be so much fun and the food was delectable but “tasted better” because of the dedicated service. We opted to share a magical dining option and was happily surprised that a vegan option was offered. One of the ladies from our group opted in on that meal and was blown away with the flavors. I loved the meticulous way that the servers, including the owner Fabio, explained each course and the well thought out ingredients. We sat outside and enjoyed the ambiance and music piped outside. It was alfresco dining with indoor service. We laughed and talked with Lauren and heard about Fabio’s love for eating and people. I would recommend this place over and over again and make sure your get the flight of dessert—divine!!

Excellent food and vibe. Live music was playing while we ate/drink but very subtle and enjoyable. Small, yet comfortable location in a beautiful historic area of Hannibal Square. We went with the 3 course meal that included 2oz wine pours. Excellent. My husband and I each got a different choice (there were 2) except on dessert, you get a tasting of 3 desserts with wine. Really delicious, unique foods and pairings that complimented the foods perfectly. It’s off the I-drive path but if you’re looking for a cozy night out with great food and wine, highly recommend. Not really a kid place but definitely great for a date night out. Do yourself a favor and make a reservation and check this place out. Delicious and such a great find!

Vinia came on the local WP scene several years ago. We remember the ‘early days’ very well - with fondness. It was intimate, relaxed, personal. Fabio, the propriotor, and his lovely wife, Paula, made one feel like family from the moment one entered. These days the wine bar is also a kitchen now and it has become a solid fixture in the cozy New England Ave. ‘foody scene’.
So, anything new/different? For one, Mondays and Tuesdays are days off now. Not unlike most everywhere else these days, the wine prices have also inched up just a bit. And Paula is no longer as visible as before….. However, the intimate live music that is offered there twice a week makes this one of the most attractive locations in town to relax in! (And yes, there still are NO televisions anywhere to interfere with the congenial mood permeating the entire space.) No abrasive loudness ever and still the same conviviality and personal attentiveness from the entire team the moment you enter. Fabio has made this place a most unique and pleasurable oasis, unlike any other establishment in the community !

If only we could bring this quaint, 5☆ dining experience home to Long Island. Thank you all for providing delicious, attractive, and flavorful meals in such a calm, inviting way, on a Friday nite to me and my husband. My husband enjoyed the pre fixed menu paired with wines. And as for me, the plant-based food selection was just perfect. Ah, the hot veggie empanadas were served with a crisp crust, giving a delightful crunch, and an inside that made me say "mmm" out loud with every bite. Be sure to dip them into the green sauce and then, wow! The spinach & wheat pasta was prepared with roma tomatoes and zucchini. But, wait, the surprise was in the crunch enjoyed in every other bite. That addition was a pesto and toast crumble! Fantastic! I watched as the desserts caused my husbands eyes to close while eating (Ice cream with espresso (afogado), tiramisu, and chocolate mousse). Fabio, one of the owners came to our table to chat with us. He was charming and easily brought back an old tradition of 'hometown togetherness' making our dining experience even more special. Thank you again!

Take for a great meal. We felt safe and distanced and comfortable during the Covid pandemic while we ate inside. We loved the burrata with crusty break, large empanadas, rich pasta and oxtail. The squash flan with cod was really unique as was the wine list. They offered us advice for wine pairing and a little taste before choosing. Hands down best part was the dessert trio with small wine pairings for each as an optional add on.

Incredible food for a small intimate wine bar and restaurant. The owner takes pride in his menu presentation ,and what they do, they do it well. The menu is small but fabulous; a fusion of Italian, Brazilian and French. Had the Brazilian cheese bread and burrata, roasted squash and beet salad with light pomegranate dressing. The table across from our table raved about the Vegan “escargot “. The mains consisted of oxtail braised for 24 hrs was melt in your mouth with a rich delicious flavor. The vegetable “ shepherds pie was well prepared and came piping hot to the table. It’s a small place with seating for about 40 including the bar area. No cocktails, but good selection of wines and a few beers. The owner is present and walks around greeting his patrons, he clearly enjoys what he does. Street parking, for sure make reservations.

Husband and I tried Vinia out with the Magical Dining menu. Great food, broad selection of gluten free options that were unique and delicious. Small but welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff. Offered extra plates when we explained that we wanted to share. Fabio, the owner, was especially gracious helping me choose wine, really caring that I found some that I enjoyed.

Decided to try for Magical Dining and was not disappointed! The ox tail was so tender and the gnocchi were perfectly pillowy! Brazilian cheese bread paired with the guava sauce and salt was surprisingly delicious, and desserts were small but a great way to end the meal without being overstuffed! Great selection of wine and very intimate atmosphere. Staff is friendly and owner rounded on the tables and helped out. Great find!

Fantastic food, drink, atmosphere and service! 2nd day time we have visited. This time Fabio the owner stopped over at our table several times through our visit. So kind and friendly. We loved meeting him and enjoyed the thought and effort that goes into the menu, food and wine pairings. Highly recommend. Will always be a stop on our Florida Visits!

We love this cozy and small restaurant
Excellent food , if you are vegan you will be in heaven like my husband . Everything it’s so delicious . Fabio and the staff are great

We stopped in for brunch on a Sunday (not our first time). We love this hidden gem for both the food and the service. The Cheese Puff pastry and Frittata were excellent. Don’t skip the desserts!
