Was looking on this app for a seafood restaurant and all the customer pictures pulled me in to Bimini Twist - and very glad I visited. The atmosphere is very laid back, our waiter was top notch and made excellent entree suggestions - the Hog Snapper cooked Asian style, was more than delicious. A large piece of white fish grilled with a soy / terryaki sauce. This will be my go to seafood spot in West Palm now.

My fiancé and I went here for dinner to celebrate our recent engagement. We both had never been to Bimini Twist before and it was such a nice surprise. The atmosphere was great and we were seated right away. Our waiter, Roberto, was attentive and gave us the best service. We had mussels marinara as an appetizer, while for the main course I had the filet tips and my fiancé had the filet and lobster. Everything was cooked perfectly and to die for. Towards the end of our meal, one of the managers, Cheryl, came over to ask how our meal was. The sign of a good restaurant to me is always having management aware of how guests experiences are while dining. To top it off, Roberto had a nice surprise dessert for us at the end to congratulate our special moment. To say that we will be back again is an understatement. I highly recommend Bimini Twist to anyone who is looking for an amazing meal with a great atmosphere.

Literally the most pleasant experience in every sense. We had a table promptly and the waiter was very kind and knowledgeable about all items on menu. We chose the hogfish which I had never tried before. Delicacy. Delicious 😋. The drinks 🍸 awesome. Very nice clean fancy restaurant. Great companion ‼️

We waited 45 minutes to be seated for our 7:15 reservation and then another 15 minutes until anyone approached our table. Really unacceptable - everyone's back hurt and we were quite hangry by the time we ordered.
Our server was very nice, working very hard - the restaurant should be more realistic when accepting reservations.
Everyone liked their meal but the whole evening was ruined by the long wait. I visit [older] relatives in WPB - thought we would have a nice evening.

We loved this restaurant. It is very attractive; has a friendly, competent staff; and serves the most delicious food. The drinks were perfect and the entrees no less so. I had the best crab cakes EVER. My husband raved about the pork chops — succulent and tasty. Although it is a bit pricey, there is a discount for arrival before 6:00 on week days. Also, there is a daily drink special.

So this is my 2nd review of Bimini Twist, the first being on Google. 5 stars for this eatery. Went there for the 2nd time in 2 weeks. It’s very hard to be critical of a restaurant when they just absolutely do everything “ right”. From the atmosphere, to the cleanliness, the ambiance, the friendliness of the staff and responsiveness of the waiter/waitresses, the quality of the food, the selection on the menu, they “ nail” every category. Was greeted a 2nd time by Cheryl the Asst. Manager who asked if we enjoyed our first experience and was there to make sure our 2nd visit was just as enjoyable. Our waiter Chris was there to address any questions we had and the attention to service was second to none. If you go to West Palm Beach and don’t experience this dining delight you are cheating yourself.

I haven't back to this restaurant in 10 years, and now I remember why. The quality of the food and drink is un-even, and the value for dollars spent isn't there either.
Grilled octopus was one of the best I have eaten. The " signature" cocktail, some pineapple martini concoction, was flavorless and tasted watered down. My wife's pomegranite martini was not tart but tasted like candy. Caesar salad was a miss with an off flavor dressing. My wife's risotto with shrimp was a large and very good rendition of the dish. My fish dish was light, maybe 4oz, on the fish and heavy on the pasta side for $34, really?
Bill was $144 with the tip, I expect better food, much better cocktails, no t.v. sets, tables not booths, and a a more professional wait staff.

We had a large party of 32, Cheryl, their party planner, met with me and put together something that was out of this world. We had a special menu she made up for the guest of honor, a great limited menu, without pricing, which was great for guests. We had two servers that could not do enough for all of us. The food was fantastic, the atmosphere was perfect, and Cheryl made it such a special night. Everyone has been telling me how great the evening was. This was all due to Bimini Twist, their food, and of course Cheryl and her crew. Every last detail was done for us. I have no words to say other than Thank you so much!!!!! We had a perfect evening...

DH treated me to Bimini twist for my birthday. It took a little long to be seated for our reservation, we waited about 25 minutes. We were greeted by our waiter Garrett promptly, and he was efficient and non-obtrusive. I began with an extra dry martini, that had extra olives and ice crystals, just perfect. DH enjoyed is Crown Royal on the rocks with a nice pour. We shared an appetizer of fish dip which was tasty. DH had a prime steak, Garrett asked him to cut into it before leaving, it was cooked perfectly. I had the snapper with crab and bernaise sauce. It was tasty but a little mushy. We both had baked potato with cheese melted on them, they were huge. We finished our meal with a delicious piece of key lime pie. Enjoyable meal.

It’s a nice looking restaurant. Lighting is good, pretty nice decor.
Service from the start wasn’t good. Ordered apps and waited five minutes for silverware. Asked for bread - never came.
Pepper mill wasn’t working for salads - waiter just said sorry - didn’t solve it.
Mains came and we weren’t done with apps.
Steaks were all small and chewy.
Drinks were watered down.
250 for 2 adults and 2 kids.
Will never be back.

This restaurant used to be on our list of "go to". The last two times were absolutely terrible. Wrong dishes, poorly seasoned dishes, wait staff not paying attention to requests. Haven't gone back since September 0f 2020. Too bad, used to be very good.

We tried it cause the parking lot is always full. The menu is quite expansive. Variety of seafood and other land options. Food and service are excellent
Reason for 4 star rating is price. $90 for two people to eat 2 entrees, 1 salad, and 2 drinks (beer). And that was the 20% off before 6 pm special they have every night.

We arrived on Saturday night a bit before our reservation and the place was packed! We were very lucky to find 2 seats at the bar and enjoyed a cocktail while we waited. Speaking of the bar, it has to be one of the friendliest, well attended bars in the area.
Cheryl, one of the managers (we always thought she was the owner!) escorted us to our table and told us that they now serve OYSTERS!. We were thrilled because we generally have to drive at least 20 minutes to find fresh Oysters.
Our server was a very nice young woman who was very busy but managed to keep our glasses filled and we never felt neglected. We had the oysters, Lobster Bisque, Crab Cakes and I had a Burger. Like every other visit, it was perfect. Both Cheryl and Paul (the other manager) stopped by to make sure everything was to our liking. We appreciate this touch as hospitality is lost nowadays.
Will we be back? Yes, next Saturday with friends!

We had a terrible experience here many years ago and just stopped coming. The buzz about this place being "amazing" and the food " delicious" had me intrigued. My friends and I decided to go.
It was insanely busy! When we saw the number of people waiting we thought we had made a mistake coming on the weekend. We checked in with the hostess and she told us that we would be sat closer to our reservation time. We went to the bar (which was standing room only) and had a drink. Perfectly made!
We had to wait 20 minutes past our reservation time but we were enjoying ourselves so hadn't really noticed. The vibe is definitely different now. Can't quite put my finger on it. They added lights and a Wine Wall. Feels younger, hipper.
There was a woman walking around checking everyone's table, talking to staff, cleaning tables and seating guests. We were convinced that she was the owner.
She came over to us because the kitchen was definitely backed up and she came to let us know. We spoke to her for 15 minutes! Learned that she's one of the managers but "she acts like the owner". By the time we finished talking our food arrived. Very clever tactic BTW!
The Food....
Unbelievable! We had the Grilled Octopus and Shrimp Sampler to start...Lobster Newburgh, Twin Tails and Maple Mustard Salmon. All perfectly cooked and nice and hot!. You Must Try The Spinach Maria!
For dessert, we had their signature Bread Pudding. All WAS fantastic. Glad we came back. Telling everyone we know!

An amazing Birthday celebration experience! We were greeted warmly by the hostess and accommodated our seating request. A Monday at 5:30 pm and just starting to get busy. We had the best server! Christine D (#185)! Attentive service with a smile! You can tell she loves her job! Definitely ask for her.. It was my sisters birthday and she had never been to Bimini Twist. I was excited to impress her.. we ordered the crispy calamari appetizer which came out piping hot and crispy! Delicious! A Chardonnay and a Pinot Grigio! I ordered the ribeye steak Pittsburgh style medium rare with scalloped potatoes. My sister ordered the filet rare with mashed potatoes and onion rings. The mashed potatoes were sooo good- creamy, hot and smooth! My scalloped potatoes were very good.. my sisters filet was perfectly cooked rare and tender like butter... My ribeye also perfectly cooked. I will say It was good but not great.. it was not tender almost hard to cut and had grizzle. The rest-of our meal was amazing! We ordered the creme brûlée that came out with a birthday candle .. It was a very special occasion and was absolutely wonderful! The atmosphere is always very inviting and made for a wonderful celebration! Thank you so much!!!
