The diner has all of standard food including open face turkey sandwich and excellent chicken pot pie. But their specials hit it out of the park. I had eggplant parmigiano with a very fresh tomato sauce and an excellent mix of cheese and fresh spinach. The edges of the eggplant were crispy with the inside soft without being mushy. Get... Park your car in front of the wall of painted of old Hollywood stars. Then walk passed the phone booth where Clark Kent is changing into Superman as you enter this throwback diner filled with an eclectic collection of childhood memories & chotchkas. Serving breakfast and lunch favorites by happy, attentive staff who add to the overall delightful experience. With... More

Love this place. 50's type décor. Juke box atmosphere, but sensational home cooked food. Also small, always packed. You can sit at booths or counter. Good desserts too. A little pricey, but worth it.

City Diner rocks.....you can't do any better for breakfast or lunch...Diner food yes, but great diner food. Ricki, the head chef and owner is a former chef at a 5 star Palm Beach Restaurant and several years ago opened up City Diner in a former Pizza Hut building. The food could not be more different than its former occupant. Breakfast... More

Cool decor. Food is good, but a bit pricey for a diner. I think $19 for a chicken Caesar salad with an iced tea is a bit expensive for a restaurant of this level.

The food is always well prepared and very tasty. One time I had the ahi tuna and on our next visit I had the lasagna. Both were great. The desserts are home made and are large enough for two people. We have eaten the Apple pie and blueberry pie, both a la mode. They were excellent. The decor is fun... More

You would NEVER guess walking into this eatery that decorated with wonderful items from the past. An old model train circles above as you eat. But the BIG surprise it the quality of the food. It is ALL home made and outstanding. My mouth was watering for an old fashioned malted milk but the machine was broken. It too was... More

It's a diner. Food is fresh, service is fine, and they have a deck where dogs are welcome. Good Caesar salad with warm grilled chicken, a big burger plate, and a water bowl for Maddy the Lakeland Terrier. Interior seems a bit dark, but there is a Wurlitzer.

I was in town for (3) days and ate breakfast there twice. Everything we had was wonderful, I will be back!
