Managed to find my way to the Darbster on a Sunday afternoon for a late lunch/early supper and boy, am I glad I did! Sat outside on a small patio overlooking a canal, complete with wooden steps descending to the water and cool patio tables with comfy chairs to laze in. Bridget (who was so sweet!) was super attentive- and... More

Had a delightful experience at Darbster. Very friendly and casual atmosphere yet the food and service are excellent. Loved the taste, presentation and creativity of our vegan selections: caprese salad, roasted cauliflower, tacos, and raw cheese cake. Portions are huge. Highly recommended!

I am a flexatarian--sometimes vegetarian, sometimes not! I went with a work colleague who is Vegan. I was so awesomely surprised how delicious this food was. The mission of the restaurant is great too. I would go back again and again. It's an out door restaurant so make sure that you are ready for eating in the heat and humidity... More

I LOVE how they took care of us there - at first, my daughter got a bit too spicy risotto, and they were able to bring us some plain rice! =) During our entire dining experience, the staff was super caring and sweet - they answered all my questions about the ingredients of various items on the menu being a... We came here for my vegan daughter and we all LOVED it. The staff were very friendly and while the food wasn't that cheap, it was worth every penny. Super enjoyable even if you're not necessarily vegan! Their breakfast menu is delicious. Alan Cummings was spotted here recently too!

Came here around noon on a Sunday. There was no parking in the parking lot so we had to park on the street. The restaurant space is a little tight. We had to wait about 20-30 minutes for a table. It was a hot day and would have liked to have been offered a glass of water but my friend... More

I know that there are those who love this place. I would imagine that a select few might have enjoyed Small Pox as a child, too! The place caters to a select group of silly wing nuts. Fine! They're just as entitled as anybody to overpay for "trendy" food. I, on the other hand, enjoy a meal, not a plate... More

We were very excited to try Darbster for dinner after reading the great reviews. We had a fabulous meal sitting on the deck, under the lights by the water with the sun setting! This place is a must for vegans and non-vegans alike in the West Palm Beach area!

Endless corporate food, southern fried, or fast, dots the WPB landscape. Finding this artful vegan hideaway on S. Dixie was a treat for the stomach and the soul. Our second visit was brunch.. Try the Benedict, and the pear Gorgonzola salad, with $3 mimosas and live music. They make their own coconut milk gelato too.
