PISTACHE is a Parisian-style French bistro thoughtfully infused with the vibrant tastes of the Mediterranean. Serving up timeless, authentic cuisine created from only the freshest local ingredients and highest-quality imported products. PISTACHE is considered the premier classic dining experience in downtown West Palm Beach. Despite its tasteful, modern European ambience, sophisticated menu, and first-class service, prices are moderate, dishes are unpretentious, and the scene is carefree and casual.

Recently had brunch at Pistache in West Palm Beach. Loved our meals - waffles with fresh cream & fruit, salmon Benedict, and a carafe of mimosas- so much we reserved the same table on the patio for dinner that night. Excellent service and food for...both meals. Highly recommend this charming French restaurant in a great location.More

Been to Pistache twice and the food is definitely consistent. The outdoor seating is awesome, especially the restaurant's porch. The staff is friendly though at times may feel a bit standoffish, in my experience this tends to be the beginning of the experience and then...they warm up. Delicious escargot, boeuf bourguignon, mussels and good wines selections.More

Pistache remains consistent after many years. The menu is quintessentially French bistro with classically great cocktails. Try the escargot and St. Germaine Cocktail. Service is very good, too!

We are not going out to restaurants because of Covid, but we have been going to Pistache the past few years on our Christmas anniversary and wanted to get our meal from there. This time we ordered takeout the day before so we could have a...larger selection. They did my duck breast rare so I could warm it to medium rare the next day. My husband had the beef bourgignion. Both were delicious. We also liked the two salads—squash for him and lentil for me. The only complaint was that we could not park in front to run in and pick up the food because of the tent spread across the sidewalk for outside eating. I hope we can dine in for our anniversary next year!More

We are frequent customers of Pistache. Our last visit was on Thanksgiving. We had a great time. The food was good with a big BUT.....the chef consistently over cooks your steaks, just enough to be pain but not enough to send it back. So, they...get poor marks on this account because when I go to a steakhouse, the steaks are cooked perfectly every time.More

This is so bad, it's just reheated French food and overpriced at that! Fries were the only item decent enough to eat. Tartare was horrible and not fresh. My bf was sick afterwards for days. Will not return.

We really liked Pistache. Only complaints were the prices of add-ons ($3 to make fries into truffle fries and $10 for a small side of asparagus), and our waiter was a little stretched. But, it is in a great location in downtown West Palm Beach,...and they have tables out in the parking area with a nice canopy and lights. They are also strict about COVID protocols, with masks, gloves, paper menus, etc. Food is really good as well. We'll be back.More

We wanted a good meal and a short day trip and decided Palm Beach would be a nice drive. The clear highlight was late lunch on the terrace of Pistache (and we want a table under the tent next time). Fabulous food - escargot, beet...salad, salmon, grouper with great wine and efficient service. We loved it. Once we are comfortable with indoor dining again (Covid precaution keeps us outdoors) we look forward to trying it as the space is so charming. It was also full bu 6:30 pm on Saturday. We love French food and it is so nice to see a great place that is such a success.More

This restaurant was highly recommended on Trip Advisor. Yikes. It was only mediocre at best but it was way overpriced. We went on a Sunday and were faced with a limited terrible menu. I ended up just having a bowl of terrible thick soup. My...husband had the mussles. He said it was ok. Bill was almost 100.00. Ugh. I don't mind paying if the food is good. The food was not good.More
