I love the breakfast sandwiches at Makebs because the bagels are phenomenal. Good NY style deli with breakfast and lunch options. Their sandwiches are hearty and come with fries. Sometimes the service leaves a lot to be desired, especially at the downtown location, but the food is too good to pass this place up.

Being from the north and knowing what a good bagel is and a good bagel sandwich is, Makeb's has proven to me that it is one of the best breakfast sandwiches I have had in America! The bacon, egg, and cheese it to die for and it is fairly priced and you have the convenience of ordering online so the... More

Had a quick brunch here today. Very good bagels served many ways. Also had nice selection of drinks, including iced coffee, and fresh lemonade. Very nice choice.

We've been to Makeb's numerous times over the last few years when we want a quick sandwich or want to pick up bagels. Since my 2014 review, the quality of the food seems to have gone down. My pastrami sandwich on a plain bagel (fresh bagel but mushy) was tasteless. My wife was not happy with her tuna on a... More

Food was decent but nothing better than what I could've made at home. Service was ok. They didn't seem to care either way

We saw a crowd sitting outside of this place and decided to eat breakfast there. We got in line and ordered. I got a bacon egg and cheese on a toasted sesame bagel with fresh squeezed orange juice. The juice was fresh and wonderful. The bagel was good but they put so much bacon on it that it overwhelmed the... More

I went there for lunch during the palm beach international boat show. I came back the next day for expresso. It was good. They are extremely busy and yes... They don't have great people skills but they do pump out a lot of food to a lot of people. If they are reading this... Go and study the top 3... More

Went in for bagel and coffee. Bagel was horrible/ cream cheese just put on in a slab. Coffee not that good. Don't take debit cards unless 5.00 or more. GO ELSEWHERE.

Been here many times and will return. Really the only game in town. On last visit my husband asked if they could slice the 6 bagels we were taking home as he is partially paralyzed as a result of strokes and has arm in sling because he broke his shoulder. He was told they would charge $1 to slice them.... More
