Dear customers: We will be closed for vacation from August 29th reopening September 19th. Thank you! La Tabla is a unique restaurant that offers fresh and healthy food made from scratch using local produce, organic and non-gmo ingredients and has one of the best food in town. Salads, seafood, soups, sandwiches, ahi poke bowls, acaí bowls, house-made juice blends and protein shakes. We make everything from scratch, like it should be.

It’s not easy to find a place where every single detail is perfect!
Amazing food, unique boho-like & fresh decor, combined with the most wonderful music in the background. A jewel in Vero Beach! @latablavero
You must try the bacon toast, prosciutto sandwich and multigrain cookie.
Coffee is also amazing, try the oat milk Cappuccino!

My friend and I were in town for a few days and found this little gem. Amazing juice and breakfast items. I had the Bacon Toast which came with a poached egg, red onion and fresh avocado. My friend had the Salmon Toast and a green juice. Both of us had cappuccinos. Every item was carefully made with fresh ingredients and a friendly smile. We spoke with the owner for a bit. Very kind and worldly. Highly recommend stopping in for a bite.

La Tabla is a small cozy restaurant serving breakfast and lunch with freshly made juices, soups and organic healthy Mediterranean style food. It is so nice to find a place in Vero that has healthy and visually beautiful food that encourages good health. Real “Health Food” for the health conscious people! Beautiful to look at and delicious. You body will love you and you will feel good after eating here.

Casual and friendly eatery with fantastic healthy vegetarian options, coffee and juices. The food is made fresh, non-GMO and organic. I can recommend the burger bowl ( amazing home made veggie burger ) and the tempeh sandwich, both of which were incredibly flavourful. I also think they make the best coffees in Vero!

This place seems to be a great spot for healthy food. Unfortinately, it took forever, food was meh, coffee was cold, and the owner had attitude, oh well. 2nd time same experience. Never again

Go and enjoy delcious and different home made soups or the salad which are so good and generous portions or try a real tuna sandwich on multigrain bread.. Nice people -- love this spot!

Excellent food & açaí bowls. The prosciutto sandwich, dragon bowl and fresh coffee were all amazing. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

Fantastic food, I am extremely happy about this place. If you are looking for some authentic Indian cuisine , this is the place.

Got Aci bowl and it’s soup. Should have just got my money back. Threw away half of it because it was just liquid for 11 bucks

We eat at La Tabs all the time. Never been disappointed and always feel good afterwards. I wish I could eat there more. Hands down the healthiest tastiest meal in Vero. Thank god for la tabla otherwise Vero would have nothing for the under-70 crowd. Very cool vibe.

A group of six friends had breakfast at La Tabla as part of the tour with Sea,Sup, Go. It was fabulous! I loved the granola bowl with its mix of plain yogurt, berries and granola topped with honey. My iced coffee was also excellent. All of my friends really enjoyed their breakfasts, which also included the power toast and power bowl. I would highly recommend this place. Service was also excellent.

Yes! Yes! Yes! I was so excited to finally be in town to try this spot. I live in Jupiter but originally from this area and frequent 3 natives (which is delicious) but this rocked my world even more!

Trust me when I say the price is worth every fresh ingredient!
We started off with the housemade butternut squash soup of the day that had a slice of slightly toasted fresh bread on the side. My mom had the tuna salad sandwich and was accompanied with a roasted sweet potato wedge. I had the powerbowl and added an egg and tuna salad (SO good). We ended our lunch date with a 3 oz. Ginger, Lemon and Apple shot.
Thank you Santiago for the great service! We enjoyed your restaurant and meeting you. We will spread the word and be back soon!!
