I wanted fish dip for lunch, so we Googled where we could find it. Joey's Seafood Shack popped up. It's not much to look at from the outside... just a concrete building. But once inside, it was impressive. It's a seafood market with tables set up inside making it also a restaurant. It is so cute. My husband & I... More

Love the food and ambience at Joeys. The owners are always there working hard to be sure you have a great experience firsthand. Fish always fresh and cooked deliciously. This time I had sea bass and it came with a side of seaweed with ginger flavor, pasta with marinara and a Greek salad. Whole meal was great. Dessert we had... More

This past weekend, I visited my mother in Vero Beach. It was her birthday, and she wanted to get out of the house and celebrate. During the day, Joey's is a retail seafood outlet. The fish and seafood are delicious and fresh, and the selection is amazing. The last time I stopped in to buy shrimp this past summer, I... More

Have been here twice, service was great ,food is fresh and cooked to perfection. A little pricey but worth a little extra money for quality of food. Not much on décor but it has charm. We ate and then went to retail side an bought fresh fish to take home and prepare for the next night. Will be going back... More

We went to Joey's because we heard it was good.. It was excellent. The outside looks like a shack, but inside it is a lovely place to dine, or it is a fish market. We had Red Snapper which was prepared so well. My Husband had Sea Scallops that were so good. It was an unexpected delightful experience.

I live in Vero Beach and frequently come to Joeys for my fresh seafood purchases. Each time I come I see and smell the dishes coming out of the kitchen so i finally decided to try it out. The food is good and the service too. Its kind of unusual to be dining inside of a busy fresh seafood shop... More

We drove down to Vero Beach to meet some relatives we haven't seen in several years. I picked this restaurant based on the reviews I saw on Trip Advisor. When we first walked in it was nothing like we expected. Honestly I was not sure I wanted to stay, however we decided to give it a try and wow was... More

Went for the first time with Wife after hearing about the place a few times. Probably the most bizarre dining experience we've ever had. Owner needs to take a breath and pay a little more attention to her customers. It's not like it was crowded or you are running a Four Seasons.... Anyway customer service as bad as it was... More

I'm so very sorry you didn't enjoy your visit with us. I have been struggling with a serious health problem and probably wasn't at my best. Most of our customers are repeat customers and enjoy our place. Your review broke my heart. Hope you give us another shot!!!! KIMMY More

This place reminds me of a place I used to eat at many years ago when the owner actually came to your table and chatted with you. Kimmy came over and treated us like a king and queen. What wonderful blackened swordfish and my wife had baked scallops. Kimmy also introduced us to some great wines and for dessert, she... More
