Well the food was bland, nothing stood out as flavorful, we had to sit near the kitchen and lots of noise and foot traffic. The only thing good was the location on the water, but the parking is extremely limited, way too small for the size of the restaurant. Our waiter Rick an older man, was very loud and overly chatty,... Recently had dinner upstairs at the Crow's Nest as we were eager to find a nice fine dining restaurant to celebrate a nice occasion. Sadly, we were unsuccessful and this restaurant is far from fine dining. The menu was not that extensive and most of it consisted of fried foods. When the food was served the dishes all came out... We came here with a reservation, thankfully, and were seated by the window with a beautiful view of the water. It was hopping at 1:30 on a Saturday afternoon. Service was really good. 2 of us ordered the blackened grouper with cheese grits, which was excellent! The other 2 had a salad, which they both loved. The little muffin brought... More

An outstanding restaurant with excellent service and selection. It was a bit crowded and very noisy while we were there; however our waitress was excellent and the food was superb. HIGHLY recommended!

The best in Venice, fine dining upstairs with a great intercoastal view. Best kept secret: The downstairs bar area , great food, casual atmosphere and nice specials. Try the One Way Salad with grouper!!

Food was excellent. Reservations are highly recommended. Our waiter Andy was very knowledgeable of the menu and his recommendationson were perfect. Service from the moment you walk in was perfect.

Great staff, great view. The food is very good. We were here last year while in Florida. Only complaint would be there is limited parking. Small parking lot. E would go again!

Part of the bad experience was our fault. We didn't ask for a different table when they seated us between the kitchen door and 2 huge booths right behind us. The waiters had to squeeze past us to get to the booths. Didn't get bumped but felt like I need to to duck each time the severs went past. We... More

Had dinner with family last night. We all enjoyed our dinner -crab cake, salmon, and mahi mahi. Restaurant was very crowded, but dinner was worth the wait. We really enjoyed it. Good place to go for a special occasion.

We used to boat down here during the summers in Sarasota and stop for lunch. This visit we opted for a sunset dinner and we were not disappointed. I had the seafood platter - shrimp, scallops and grouper - excellent. Both companions had the bouillabaisse- just wonderful. Desserts were key lime pie and a chocolate mousse plus vanilla ice cream.... More
