I had heard that the restaurant changed ownership a short while back. This was one of my favorite restaurants. I went for lunch with my father & daughter and the food was mediocre at best. The buns are all store-bought and not made in the...wood-fired oven. The first sandwich had hardly any meat and the chicken Parmesan was clearly from a freezer bag. There was huge pile of steak fries to try and make up for the bad food.
My family and I will never be back. (Take the time to go to Napule were the original owners started a new restaurant.)More

During a 5 day stay in Venice, I ate three meals here... that’s how good it was! The staff was very friendly. The cocktails were all amazing and refreshing.the homemade pasta and wood fire pizza were excellent. My husband said his pork chop was the...tenderest pork he’s ever eaten anywhere!More

Thank you for enjoying what we do! Your kind words are very much appreciated. Sincerely- Management
I wrote a previous review last year about the Italian food here. It was average. Went back to try the brick oven pizza here. Amazing!
Best pizza in the city...easily. Had a margherita pie and it was delicious.
Now my GO TO place for pie....They don't sell it by the slice or I'd be there quite a bit LOL.More
My friend Kathy and I decided to meet here for lunch, and for me it had been a very long time since my last visit, so I could not tell you if it was better or worse back then.
Even though I had been seated...before my friend arrived, I was not given a napkin, or utensils, a paper menu was thrown on the table and that was it. When she arrived a waiter did come with a bottle of water and served us both a glass of water. No napkins or utensils still. Kathy then proceeded to help herself, since she spotted them in an area close by to where we were seated.
Marco was our waiter. Horrible - service practically non-existant
After our orders arrived, no one ever came to check to see if all was good, only after the bills were presented were we offered desserts.
The food was OK, but I cannot in good conscience recommend this placeMore
We were visiting Venice for a few days. We enjoyed this gem of a restaurant so much we visited two days in a row. The first day we stopped in for lunch. We both had salads which were generous in portion, full of delicious ingredients,...and artfully presented. Robert was friendly and the service was prompt and attentive. We enjoyed creme brulee for dessert the first day. The next time we came in just for cappuccino and dessert and tried the tiramisu which was out of this world. From the looks and smells of other entrees being served, I'm confident nothing here would disappoint. Try it, you'll like it!More
Gummy crust pizza with heavy cheese and bland sauce. Prompt and courteous service. It's Domino's really. Don't be a condescending snob and rate this food poorly because it is chewy and flavorless. People love that, and their custom is welcome at Made in Italy. Rate...them poorly because bad flavorless food, while comforting, ought not be encouraged.More
