Unassuming and filled with customers which were good signs. Great use of spices in preparing the seafood. More expensive than I would have expected given the setting but we enjoyed everything and I recommend having a meal here.

My husband and I both had lobster lasagna last night. I also had the New England clam chowder. Had wanted to try the lobster lasagna for a long time. Was disappointed when it arrived cold, but the manager took it back and it arrived hot. Just outstanding. Service was a little slow, but it was pretty busy so that was... More

At first didn't know it was a restaurant but my in laws (who are locals) took us here for lunch and we enjoyed it. My husband got the gator bites appetizer and said they were pretty good - the lobster roll that my father in law had was not quite what he expected but overall a nice enough place for... More

Beautiful evening and sat outside. The view is a parking lot, but service and food were both great. Special was fish and chips with shrimp. Yummy. Key lime creme brule for dessert was a great finish. Will defiantly go back.

We were very surprised to find they were open on Christmas day. We had Mountain Grouper &24.99 and Chicken Florentine $14.99, both specials. The potatoes and garlic biscuits were very tasty. We felt they were overpriced. There was a lot of mashed potatoes and very little fish. Only a couple pieces of broccoli. The chicken was also small and a... More

We had our holiday party for work at Cedar Reef. The appetizers were all fantastic, the food all arrived hot, fresh, anc correct! Amazing that with so many people they were able to keep us all happy and have the food all come out at once. Great service and delicious food! I had the cedar plank salmon and it was... More

The food is excellent. Had crab stuffed salmon with lobster cream sauce. Was filled with a lot of crab meat and the cream sauce was delicious. Came with rice and broccoli. The broccoli had a special spice on it that I've never tasted but was great. Walter have grouper basket came with plenty of food. And peanut butter pie to... More

My wife and I were recommended by a friend to eat at the Cedar Reef Fish Camp. It's conveniently located on Tamiami Trail which is a main drag through Florida. It's located in a shopping mall in a mall adjacent to a Home Depot so we were a little suspect. Glad we did. It's fairly small but cozy. We were... More

This is a casual, strip-mall restaurant with a comfortable ambiance. We ordered a special that was listed on their blackboard. Wow - very good, with a generous portion that was enough for us to share. We eyed everyone's plates within eye-shot, & everything looked delicious. We will definitely come back!
