Arrived at 12:50, after searching (very poor signage) for this spot. Hours stated it was open until 1:00. Dismissed by owner/manager? who was coming out of the entry door with a “nope” & wave of his hand. Will not be back. Rude.

By far the best breakfast place on the island and greater Venice. Watching the chef in his kitchen is the perfect seat in the house.

The food was delicious. It was expensive, but honestly, that was to be expected. We had the crab cake benedict and it was delicious, but the breakfast Cuban in a grilled tortilla was otherworldly. The only concern I had was that there is clearly not...enough seating for how popular it is. If they could figure out a way to add some outdoor tables, it would be top notch.More

Disappointed with service and food. Waited 30 minutes for a table that a server gave to someone who just got there. Breakfast sandwich and a coffee cost $45 fir two. Bagel was small stale and cost $1 extra (not noted on menu). Fruit salad was...so mushy as to be not eatable but cost $3 extra. We live nearby but will not be back.More

Choices are excellent, service is superb. I usually get the omelet but I tried the French toast and loved them….however I need real syrup even for an up charge. My 100 year old dad loves the bi-plane (remember this is located at an airport). I...live in Connecticut but we always make it a breakfast stop when we come to visit my dad.More

Very small place usually has a 15-minute wait—coffee is good from a local roaster. The food is good, but the grits need some help. Plan white grits are not very good. Try the Charleston way, yellow grits, and use chicken stock in place of just...water. Service is very good. Who knew about a small restaurant at the airport? Local gem.More

We went there after church a few weeks ago, waited 1/2 hour to get in (that is not a criticism) and we’re greeted by a very nice waitress who took good care of us. The staff is not the issue, the cleanliness of the kitchen...and the food was the issue. We sat at the counter overlooking the kitchen. It was. Pretty dirty. The food was at best average and I am being kind. Neither of our meals were very good. We paid and left. We may give it one more try to be fair but our first experience was not memorable.More

A vacation in Venice isn’t complete without at least one trip to Suncoast Cafe. Chef Tony and his staff make you feel right at home, and the Jamaican music just adds to the positive energy. And the crab cakes Benedict? Best I have ever had....Coffee is so good, and my cup is never empty. A hidden gem at the Venice Airport that serves lunch too - enjoy!More

Chef Tony is a wizard of the best Caribbean food in all of Florida. He’s the reason I fly to Venice as much as I can to get this incredible food. His conch chowder is my favorite soup of all time. His award winning chili...is off the charts. Don’t forget his oxtail stew and jerk chicken. His daily specials are also amazing. Forget the $100 hamburger and come here. We will see you again soon! First time visit to Suncoast Cafe for breakfast. Got a table after a short wait and a server arrived promptly. I had coffee and water and my wife had an iced coffee which was an up charge. She had a three egg omelette which she...said was delicious. I had two eggs over biscuits and gravy which was also delicious. I never seem to get enough gravy, so I asked for extra. I was given a small saucer full, but was charged an additional $5. I thought that a little unreasonable. Breakfast for two with tax and tip came to $51. The food and service were great, but I won’t be going back for that price.More

We were warmly welcomed to this cute little breakfast/lunch place. They have a very interesting menu driven my Chef Tony's native land. I had the Runway Mahi Reuben that was absolutely delicious. My wife ordered the Wright Croissant... a chicken salad on croissant. Honestly, we...didn't love it with it's Jamaican flavor to the chicken salad. I'm just that's just personal preference. Overall, definitely worth a try.More

The service staff were very engaging. The food was even better. If you're very lucky the Chef will come out and hit you with mustard. I fully enjoyed my time at this establishment and recommended it without reservation.

Since I’m not vegan, I have no idea. You might call the restaurant. I’m sure they can help you out.
