Found this place on my hunt for good fried gizzards…sadly it is not yet found in the Tampa Bay Area. Usually “fry huts” like Wing King have really good gizzards…theirs was alright. Not the worse (it is edible) but not the best (a bit overfried...and underflavoured). Tried butter garlic wings and the sauce was average, love the fact that they include the wing tip though!). You know by looking at it, it’s going to be a greasy, hole in the wall gem - or borderline hospital run for some vaccines. I got the fried chicken and french fries. While waiting for our food, a lady rode up on her bike...and proceeded to strip naked (presumably on drugs) while she waited for her food. If you go, plan to order ahead and pick up. The food was disappointing. The fries reeked of over-seasoning (and tasted like it). The chicken wasn’t crispy fried like KFC, but not quite flat breaded - just a bland in-between. The ranch dipping sauce was great! Not enough to make me go back or recommend to others. My friends got the wings and they were extremely saucy and southern - they liked it.More

normal quality of wings, nothing special, they have about 30 flavours of sauces, i tried the hot garlic and recieved hot sauce and garlic sauce and both were really bad, hot sauce had strange taste and garlic was tasting acid, really bad fries, not fresh...fries but flabby fries, not crispy at all, even did not ask for fries and got them...More
