The location and grounds surrounding the restaurant is nice if you are in town visiting. We were there for a business holiday luncheon, as well as 3 other groups. Parking was a nightmare. The wait staff seemed unsure of what they were doing and somewhat unprofessional. I was trained, "when they ask for more, never reach to pour" I really... More
This was my first visit to the Rusty Pelican. It was very nice and festive as you walked up with all of the holiday decorations. I loved the fireplace (made for a great photo op) You walk inside and there was a bar our area was to the left it was a large room with a bar they were serving... More
Our daughter returned to NY on Fri after Thanskgiving in the morning but my son's return flight didn't leave until 3. So we were looking for some place to have lunch and relax while waiting in between while hopefully having a nice view. We were not disappointed. We were the first ones in the restaurant (early Friday after Thanksgiving) so... More
We've been before and finally got a table by the window at 12:30, peak time. A quiet Sunday for a change. The very good: free parking, valet if you choose to do so. Water views of Tampa Bay. Crab legs, shrimp, oysters (in season) salmon, tuna, salads, eggs to order, taco bar, bacon, sausage. Some really good desserts, and an... More
Great views, great service and just an amazing spread for a Sunday brunch. Met a friend here before heading to the airport, and enjoyed myself tremendously. Raw bar, fajitas station, omelet station, salads, desserts, just a huge selection of quality food. Highly recommend. And a view is to die for!
My son & I were stuffed! Omelette's, waffle's, & seafood...a bit of an odd combo, but it was delicious! So many options to choose from, you really can't miss. The service was the best we've had in a long time. Incredibly friendly people across the board. We wanted for nothing. If you like Mimosa's, check on serving times. On Sunday's,... More
Entering this elegant restaurant and being seated at a window table at sunset was a very special treat. The delightful view of the Gulf was matched by the delicious food. The Stuffed Gulf Grouper was tasty and the Cioppino Exquisite was loaded with lobster and many other varieties of seafood. The service was prompt and friendly - but it was... More

Delicious fine dining and gorgeous views. Ask for Don to be your server. He is incredibly attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and makes excellent recommendations! We had the artichoke appetizer which was lightly breaded, fried artichoke hearts with a delicious lemony sauce. We also had the seasonal stone crab appetizer. Yum! For entrees, the blackened scallops were tender and well... More
