very disappointed with the $40 meal plan during the holiday time at the park. very tricky of the small print Busch Garden's meal tickets when you think you can eat all you want at any time you want... not true...only allowed one entree which is the piece of meat per hour, well when you have 4 teenagers that doesn't go... We decided to dine here for dinner while we were visiting the park. My wife had the turkey wrap with fries, and I ordered the Pizza with fries and chicken strips. The food was ok for what it was. Of course it cost a little more because it was park food. I really enjoyed the bar here and views from... More

First time diners at Serengeti Overlook. Had the mixed green salad with romaine, iceberg, arugula, endive, candied pecans, craisins, & poppyseed vinaigrette. It was excellent. All it needed to put it over the top to outstanding was blue cheese crumbles. The buffet items of sun-dried tomato pasta, glazed pork, fried chicken, salmon, fried cod were all good, but the best... Just to sit on their balcony and eat a pretty good meal with a nice cold beverage and look out at the giraffes and other wild animals. What more could you want? It's amazing.

This is the best place to eat in the park (at least the upstairs is). Had a wonderful view of the "Serengeti" and our server was a gem. The Holiday Buffet was good and had everything but the dressing! For a good sit down, rest your feet kind of place, this is where you want to go. It is not... More

Has a pub downstairs and restaurant up stairs which looks out onto the Serengeti plains animal enclosure. Decorated like an old colonial hunting lodge. We went for the buffet at $19 for adults and $12 for kids which was nicely done especially the fried chicken, cod and braised pork (but also plenty of nice salad and vegetable dishes) nice staff... Food was very good, however the experience of getting into the park was awful. Unfortunately, you can only go here after getting into the park.

A old style African theme. Recently, they changed the way you explore your buffet items. Instead of a server bringing it to you, you enter through a well displayed room full of good fare. Two notable items was the buttermilk fried chicken and braised pork. The jambalaya was a lackluster looking more like rice pilaf. Our server Donald was good,... More

this restaurant is on the meal plan in busch gardens. It is ok but like school food. Pretty building and a nice place to cool off even if you are not hungry

A very average lunch. My favorite - tuna and fruit salad is gone. I tried the buffet but it was mediocre at best. We won't be back unless they change the menu. Perhaps we will try the downstairs - the menu has wraps but it Is a quick service meal and we enjoyed the full service.
