We went here last minute and were happy with our meals. My only suggestion is a new kind of bread. It was soggy and not fresh. But everything else was great.

First - hats off to our server. Never got his name but he was the only one working from of the house and did he hustle!! The food is excellent - the crab dip, blackened grouper, fried grouper, shrimp, shrimp slaw.... that's all we tried...this trip but definitely returning!More

Driving through Ybor saw this cute place across the street from the Columbia. A perfect place for lunch. Lots of fresh fish right from the gulf. I had the shrimp basket and the potatoes with Parmesan cheese were excellent but so were my daughters fries....I love the shrimp coleslaw. So unique and delicious. Service friendly and quick by Cody. Stoped for lunch at Shrimp and Co. a little corner joint not much on ambiance but amazing food. Faith was are server and she could not have been more friendly. We started with some clams which were kicking !! White wine butter and garlic steamed...with a nice touch of heat o. The finish. Outstanding!! I had blackened grouper which was so fresh I think they must have just caught it. Side salad and the shrimp coleslaw which was outstanding. My wife had a house salad with blackened shrimp. Shrimp were perfectly blackened and super fresh. Loved this place and would definitely recommend it if you are in the area.More

This was a good place for a quick meal. Everything is fried though. The burger was ok that one of us got and the fries grouper and crawfish were really good but again if you like fries this is the place for you

Very casual. Excellent shrimp and pasta. Lobster was a little dry, but had excellent flavor. Best hush puppies we’ve ever had in a restaurant. Beer and wine only. Service was amazing.

This is not a fancy restaurant but it is a great place to get great shrimp. I rarely get my shrimp fried except here. The batter they use is light and so flavorful. You can get it served either in a basket which comes with...fries or red potatoes and a small serving of slaw and some hush puppies or a platter which is the same but larger portions. They also have clams which my husband got as an appetizer. The broth they come served it was delicious.More

visiting from Kansas City and en route from Tampa to Orlando. just a few blocks off of the highway. great food and service. definitely not a chain restaurant. The Gulf Shrimp Caribbean Mojo was excellent as well as the shrimp slaw. definitely on our list...to visit again.More

It is small and handy on the corner in Ybor City area. This is a stop we just tried and it was fine for lunch. The area is more cultural than this small joint, though we would suggest it for others. For lunch it was...a little pricey, which I am sure is the Ybor influence.More

Had the crawfish platter, hard friec crawfish with a dank oder, I know what seafood smells like this is not it. Rank musty order to the meal, it was carry-out, I ended up throwing it out. Normally a bad restaurant, I will revisit, no way...in hell will I do this one again. Plus they would not take my to go order over the phone, I had to come in to order. Never again.More

If you’re in the Ybor City Area and craving well prepared fresh and delicious seafood the Shrimp & Co is a must visit! It’s not a large place but was clean with a friendly staff. Our waitress Tanya was awesome! She made some spot on...suggestions and was very friendly and attentive. We really enjoyed the blackened scallops and sides of grilled fresh veggies and their spicy shrimp slaw! The chicken blues, Mia pasta and fried shrimp were also super! Friends of ours went the next day on our recommendation and also had a fantastic meal. Be aware we arrived late afternoon on a Saturday and the place really filled up while we there, so apparently the word is out about Shrimp & Co.More
