While the service was excellent and the ambiance was nice, the food was sub par. Very bland egg plant parm with spaghetti. Same for the spaghetti and meatballs. The below average Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes didn’t help it at all Really wanted to...like this place, but sadly I don’t think we will returnMore

It was good food but you won’t be wowed. Service was good but staff was less than personable. Capresse salad was bland. Shrimp pesto was very good. The veal parmigiana was tender albeit not very well seasoned the portion was large. Both the veal and...the spaghetti could have used a little more sauce. Price was reasonable.More

Beautiful restaurant. The food was fantastic. We had the pleasure of having Anastasia serve us. While considered “fine dining” on the Hard Rock website, we felt as though it was a step below that. We ordered three courses and wine and the meal was over...in 45 minutes. We felt very rushed to turn our table over. The dress code is very casual as well. Not exactly what we were expecting in a fine dining atmosphere. All that said, we loved the pizza. The pasta is homemade in-house. If you are looking for a quick and delicious meal, go to Cipresso! For an evening out and fine dining experience, go to Council Oak!More

The interior is a very nice design. Food is excellent, but a higher priced then what it should be. Nothing wrong with pizza, but to me any place that makes pizza (wood fired) is a high scale restaurant with the prices on the menu. We...had lamb chops and veal parmigiana, both were very good. All sides $9, that includes a bowl of pasta, anyone think a bowl of pasta should be $9???? Also the calamari was excellent. Service was friendly but slow. The worst part which leads to my average rating, drinks are $18!! and that price don't you think ice would be included??? No when greedy management is involved, there is a $2.00 (yes $2.00) per drink (yes per drink) charged. Our fault for not checking the bill closing before paying to be able to complain at the restaurant, but who would think there would be charge for ice. Also the waiter did not point out that there would be an "up charge" for ice. We have never heard of that in our many years of going to restaurants in my any states in the country.More

We are disappointed to learn that your dining experience was slightly marred by some of our charges. We hope you will give us another opportunity to offer you perfection.

We had great service, our waitress was extremely good, very knowledgeable. She was able to describe details about the food in a way that made you want to order it. Can't say anything bad, from making reservation, service, quality and quantity of food. A little...pricy, but don't mind that as much with atmosphere, quality, and service. Waitress was very attentive, yet not over bearing.More

Great Italian restaurant at The Tampa Hardrock and Casino. The meatballs are extremely good and can be eating as a meal. The pizzas are wood oven cooked and very good. The bar offers great place to watch sports and have a drink. The Cannolis are...amazing.More

I was so glad to see another higher caliber dining concept move into the Casino and Cipresso did not disappoint. This was our second visit. We sat at the bar the first time and it was a good experience and the second was arguably better...for a party of 5 in the dining room. Service was attentive and knowledgeable. Food was excellent and we tried it all from starters to desserts. Once we are all able to get to dine in restaurants again make Cipresso one of your go to places!More

$39 for veal Parmesan that was about equal to $15 Olive Garden. Benedettos $23 Veal is head and shoulders above this. Service was good though the bill got messed up at the end. I’m just shocked at the prices for mediocre food

Bread served cold. Waiters/waitress are very nice but all other food is terrible and very expensive. Only $40 lamb chop is good , very juicy and you get 4 pieces. Other restaurant onlly gives 2 or 3 with same $40 charge.
