Every time we go to Cabos it just a great experience the food is always delicious and incredibly priced. The fish tacos are the bomb!!!! It's great locally owned and operated restaurant that still kicks butt in a sea of chains

Had a great dinning experience recently. Ice cold beer at great prices and interesting mix of seafood, mexican and burgers on the menu. I had the Sammy Seminole Chicken Sandwich and it was cooked perfect

Went to Cabos on Monday night for a late dinner. Everything was awesome. Called ahead and ordered our food since it was close to closing. I have had the burgers several times but by far this was the best ones yet! Some places slack at closing but not this place!!! Love a place that no matter your craving they probably... More

Had another wonderful dinner last night at one of very favorites. Along with my grandson, wife and her best friend we had a most enjoyable dinner. Our host Mike Ferarra came by with his relaxed and casual demeanor to check up on us and all we could do was gush. We're all nuts for the tuna served several ways, the black... More

Had drinks during my Tallahassee visit with chips and salsa. Salsa had a lot of garlic not much a fan. The bartender had a broke foot/leg? She was hopping back and forth trying to tend bar made me feel uneasy to order more drinks just so I didn't have to make her hop back and forth.

Sunday brunch at Cabo's is the high point of my week. The food, service, and atmosphere are the best. The servers are efficient and friendly. I especially recommend anything they do with black beans: burritos, burgers, black beans and rice. A real home-town treasure.

No ambiance here, unless you prefer a 70's surf theme. But the food is ore try darn good. Plates are served full... Large omelette a, a healthy serving of grits or home fried (more like skillet sauteed) potatoes, a biscuit (or taste/muffin) and some fruit. Eggs done perfectly, my corned beef hash was tasty and the cheese grits looked darn... More

One of the WORST meals we've eaten in Tallahassee. Not sure why it gets some good reviews. Had a burger that was below sub par. Wife had tacos that were flavorless, literally. Service was VERY lacking. Ordered margaritas, and after two, still tasted no resemblance of alcohol whatsoever. It was watery and the ice nearly all melted when they arrived... More

Description
CLOSED MONDAYS... SUNDAYS WE SERVE BRUNCH FROM 9 AM. TO 2 PM DINNER AT 4 PM 9:30PM . Check out our newly added Patio!! We have been here for 29 years. If you are expecting a flashy new restaurant with all new furniture and bathrooms the size of living rooms we may not be your spot. But if good, fresh, reasonably priced food is what you are after we may just be it!. The center has been here a lot longer, being built about 1960. We are locally owned and one of the few, if not the only restaurant, in town & maybe anywhere, that provides health care for our employees. We have a diversified menu, offering vegetarian dishes, Our own idea of Mexican Food (No Lard in our beans) when possible, locally caught fish and shrimp, sandwiches, salads & upscale dinner specials at down home prices. We run our 200+ seat operation with one household double door freezer. We have the best margaritas (try our Shipwreck...) hand cut fries (voted #1 by the viewers of WCTV) and some say the best Burger for the buck in Tallahassee. We would like to mention that we have gluten free tortillas, and if wine is your thing, Bring in what you really would like to have and for nominal $6 bucks we will cork it. Please be aware that we get busy and when we do, it can get loud. If for any reason you aren't happy with either the service or the food please tell us. We are human, we make mistakes, and occasionally it happens. Thanks for taking the time to read this & thanks for supporting locally owned establishments. Mike Ferrara & Bobby Staerker.
