Great customer service!

Nice surprise, from the minute you walk in until you’re done, the staff is very attentive. The food is very good, my family enjoyed the warm lobster roll sandwich (excellent). The chef came by our table at least three times to make sure we were enjoying our meal and if we needed anything else. Customer service by everyone is amazing! We will definitely be back.

PICKY ABOUT YOUR FISH? THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!

You don’t expect to find a great fish restaurant far from the beach, in a shopping center near the Sawgrass Mills Mall, but this is the real deal. I’m very picky about my fish and how it is prepared. Everything here is fresh, fresh, and not overcooked. The clam chowder is the best I have had in South Florida, and the fish taco is outstanding. You can have fresh snapper filleted or with the bones in and it will be cooked perfectly. There are 3 different oysters at the raw bar--the Cedar Keys are my favorite. Joseph, the owner, is on site watching all the details and making sure that you are totally satisfied. Don’t miss this place on your next trip to Fort Lauderdale.

Enjoyed my first visit, with friends, and loved the atmosphere. Casual and friendly, you can sit and relax, have a beer or cocktail, order from a menu of seafood dishes, which offers something for everyone. Personally, I ordered their "Famous Fish Sandwich" plate, with two Alaskan Cod pieces of fish, on a hoagie roll, w/fries & cole slaw, very tasty. Ample parking, cash or credit, and great service. Hope this is helpful, with your first visit.

Service was good and the waitresses

Service was good and the waitresses were very friendly but the food—-yikes! I had the salmon plate —the salmon had a Cajun seasoning on it that was very dry looking and tasting. It came with grilled vegetables that looked like they were yesterday’s leftovers—so mushy, and unrecognizable as to what vegetables you were actually eating. I did not eat any of it —looked old and unappetizing. I requested French fries ( which were very good ) but right out of a prepackaged bag. The meal for two was $52.00—a complete waste of money! Not sure how this restaurant could possibly receive the numerous reviews unless it was family. Do not recommend!!!

The only good thing about today’s visit was the food. The service was bad, there appeared to be only 2 servers working inside and all the other servers was outside talking and standing around. My husband appetizer was wrong and we were never asked if we needed drink refills and we had to ask another server for our check. When we received the check we noticed an additional charge to process a credit card.

Loving the vibe, food and service

When I was returning from #CostaRica for my birthday in June 2021, I had the pleasure of sitting next to this man on the American Airlines flight. #ExecutiveChef Joseph Melluso and I spoke the entire flight, through customs and all of baggage claim. He invited me to his restarant days later, and the rest was history. Just the other day, I was invited to do a taste testing at the restaurant. Omg...the amazing dishes I tried were fabulous. The dishes ranged from a whole fried fish-red snapper, fried shrimp, maui maui, shrimp and grits, a tuna, crab and shrimp stack, and an amazing swordfish with rice and veggies. Whether you live in #FortLauderdale or traveling to this #domestic #destination, this is a #musthave place to visit for good seafood, great service and awesome vibe. I can't wait to return and try new items. #travelinfluencer #greenworldwidetravel

Worse service ever. Never got menus or water. After 15 minutes I said something. Ordered drinks and never got them until after the food came. I ordered shrimp and clams with crispy French fries. My dish came out with cold and not crisp fries. No shrimp. Excuse after excuse by the waitress. The shrimp are coming. Never got them. The bartender is busy is why drinks never came until after the food was served. In the meantime the table next to us who came 15 minutes after us had their drinks. I send my food back and watched my husband eat his meal. The absolute worst.

Stick to fried items

I ordered salmon & mahi combo grilled. The fish was far from "meaty" and had a strange seasoning on it which, in my opinion, was not pleasant. I thought maybe I was just wasn't in the mood so I took most of it home...wound up throwing it out. I enjoyed the grilled veggies and my friend's french fries.

My wife and I stopped here yesterday. She will only eat outside, pandemic, so she was quite happy they had outside seating. Food was fresh and tasty. Everything was great. There were enough unique dishes on the menu for me to enjoy the experience from a creativity perspective as well. Figure ive got to go eat there a good 6 times to try a chunk of the menu. I even forgot pics bc I was too involved. Will be going back for sure.

Fresh fish.. Great service.

Stopped in on vacation. Food was astonishingly good. Oysters on half-shell, they had variety. All delicious. Crab legs perfect, very meaty. Side salads excellent. Very unique cole slaw was delicious with flavor but not soupy with dressing. Most amazing was the service. Jennifer was wonderful. Have to mention the group effort taking care of customers. Teamwork was very obvious but seemless. Each and every staff member was polite and available to assist with anything needed. This was very refreshing. HIGHLY recommend a stop in visit. Worth a 30 minute drip if in Weston or Ft. Lauderdale area.

Watch the billing........they are not honest about pricing

Great food, great service EXCEPT.....price on the menu is far less than what they charged me on my final receipt. I have been a purveyor to the food service industry for over a quarter century.........NEVER encountered this ........also charge to use a credit card but do not warn. Every item on our rec't was inflated. Count your fingers before you leave. BTW, I reached out the store, no response before this posting.

Expensive food and slow to prepare but fish on slaw delicious. Mussels great but waste of money getting tiny clams! Almost empty and not good waitress service but I got attention of other people and got service@

SERVICE IS NOT A PRIORITY.

I have been there three times. The first time was for lunch and the place was nit busy. Food and service were fine. The second was for an early dinner. After being seated waited 20 minutes for someone to come take an order from me. The third was on a Friday at about 7pm. I was told it would be about 20 minutes. I was told there is an outside table I could have but it would need to be prepared, I said fine. 30 minutes later the table had not been readied. I asked what the problem was and was told they are very busy. I said to cancel my request and left. Not going back.

somewhat disappointing

Disappointed in the food after reading great reviews. Can be pricey. Fish tacos were not very inspiring. expected the clam chowder to have more clams for the price, but it was mostly potatoes. Maybe I hit a bad day.

Won’t go back.

Food was good. Service bad. We seemed to be ignored. Wait time between my husbands meal and mine. French fries came out when we were done eating. Had to ask for check. Probably won’t go back.
