The Chef’s Table is our go to restaurant every time we visit family in Stuart. The staff is always welcoming, attentive and professional. They are friendly and very knowledgeable about the entrees and wine pairings. The delicious food is top notch and always made from the finest and local ingredients. Our meals from appetizers to desserts (the tiramisu is out of this world) are beautifully presented and just as flavorful. On a recent visit they helped us celebrate my niece’s 21st birthday with a personalized menu and lots of good cheer. We can not wait to return next week!!

First time visit and the food was fantastic. Flavors were innovative and fresh. Loved the food but the experience left me cold. The server was not warm and friendly but efficient in her job. The environment was sparse but clean. The herbal tea was very good and the potato leek soup was nice and light. The portions were small but the prices were not too steep. Only 4 very small ravioli on the lunch portion. The panini was served with a nice salad and had an apple whiskey sauce that was elegant.

I respect chefs as artists, but going here was uncomfortable for us and we won’t be back. All in all, everything did wind up being delicious, but… my friend and I hoped to do the tasting menu with wine pairing but she’s seriously allergic to seafood. We asked what was on the tasting menu and the server couldn’t tell us because evidently it’s different for every table. Which I would normally think is cool to be surprised, but we asked if we could request no seafood because of her allergy and our server wouldn’t even request it or the chef. 😒 We were told that it would be a smattering of different things off of the menu, so I still don’t understand why if there is a legitimate allergy we couldn’t have indulged in the tasting menu with that tweak? 😔 I asked if I could change out arugula (because I’ll admit I despise arugula, I think it’s bitter and it makes me choke) in a salad for mixed greens and the server said no, the chef makes all the dishes to complement all of the ingredients in the dish. Okay, that I get. Know about the Chef’s Table everything is “harmonious” and scrumptious, just DO NOT ask for any change WHATSOEVER, even if you have allergies that would require you to break out an Epi Pen. 🥺

First time at Chefs Table. The food was excellent and well presented. Service impeccable. But you should know before you go what to expect. This is a gourmet foody type place. The chef owner's European background shows. Small servings. We did not leave hungry, but there will be no doggy bags either. My first clue was that they served the water the European way, no ice. The wife had branzino, which came braided of all things (see pics). Also, half-size Cavatelli Cacio e Pepe as a first course. We shared. Both were delicious. I had the pasta touring menu, which was four small servings of different pastas, all a Chefs surprise until it's put in front of you. All were delicious, and I would have been happy with any one of them for a full entree or appetizer. My only criticism is that the four pastas were too similar-all creme sauce variations with white wine pairings. It would have been better for me if one or two were more hardy choices. Has to get desert to get the full experience. We shared a Torte of Chocolate, which was like a chocolate lava cake, with a side of homemade pastasio ice creme. All in all, it was an enjoyable but expensive night out.

The Chef’s Table is our go to restaurant whenever we are in Stuart Florida. The food, service and ambience is exceptional. From the minute we arrive until we leave we are always so impressed by the quality of the food and the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. The entire dining experience is exceptional! I would suggest that you top your meal off with the tiramisu, it is by far the best we have ever eaten!! Do not miss out on eating at this hidden gem, they even serve lunch!!

I simply do not understand the high reviews for this restaurant. We visited last night, for the first and last time, with another couple and what a disappointment. I ordered the salmon tartare and it was such a small patty, that you almost would miss it, plus it simply was not good. Our friends ordered the fried quail to start with and they also said it was horrible. Over cooked and very greasy. I ordered the salmon entree and the price at $32 was fine, but it was the smallest entree that I have ever been served. I ordered it med-rare and it was served rare and that was OK, but not how I ordered it. They did remove the 2 small plates from our bill, but they shouldn't have had too. I simply do not understand how you can screw up a salmon tartare. Our waitress was nice, but I simply can not recomment the Chef's Table and I will not ever return.

On a recent visit to the Stuart area I ate at Chef's Table three times - one lunch, and two dinners. We were a party of two, visitors from South Florida. They are welcoming people, all of them. We were taken care of well each time. They provided recommendations upon request that were helpful. The food was very nice, different in a way that is expected in a higher-end restaurant. It usually had a twist with unexpected ingredients and flavors, but thankfully there was no indication of either tweezers or foams. The prices were reasonable for this type of food. There is no attempt to make this into a formal environment. The decorations are sort of country, there is no table cloth, nothing that screams high-end except for the service and the food. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Everything was very well prepared and presented. Servers were knowledgeable and personable. It would be my favorite place if the atmosphere was cozier. It could use some tablecloths and more comfortable chairs to match the warmth of the food. We will be back because of the food and the people.

Best restaurant in Stuart. Fabulous service and food. Lovely environment. The rose prosecco is wonderful. Don't believe the reviews that say this restaurant is stark. It isn't. All tables had table cloths, flowers and a table lamp. It is decorated beautifully. It is unassuming off the streat, in a small mall, but once you get inside it is terrific. We will be back many times.

My wife and I ate here on a recommendation and I was delighted that this little spot in a corner was so good. This place is not much to look at in the back of a old strip mall, where it is cramped up against a corner, but sometimes this is where you find the gems. Located about halfway between Hutchinson Island and downtown Stuart, this place was quite the surprise. My wife had the "chicken" and I had the fish and I still remember the Scottish salmon, how it was prepared, how it tasted and she the same with chicken. This is important, because like the ambiance, the preparation and presentation of the food was simple, but perfect and so was the taste. We were not drinking that night, but both had the Imperial Thai Ginger Ice Tea, which was lovely, we also had the mashed turnips. The chef is Italian, but while I thought the pasta was perfect, there is so much more on this menu, but again you can't go wrong with the pasta. I started with the corn salad, I could have, I should have licked the bowl, my wife had the mini beat burgers... I wanted more. I also wanted more of the tangerine carrots and the ravioli, that we split and let's not even start to talk about dessert.

We found this gem on line. Enjoying cooking ourselves, we look for culinary experiences whenever we travel. The chef’s tasting at this intimate restaurant did not disappoint us! Our server and hostess, Haley(sp?) was excellent, especially with her explanations. We will go again when visiting the Stuart area.

This farm to table eclectic restaurant was a surprising find in Stuart. We are real foodies and we’re so thrilled to happen upon this outstanding dining experience. The lovely ambience and the outstanding service just added to what was one of the best meals we had had in months. We chose the tasting menu at five courses. What was unique about this experience, was that each of us got a different course with each of the five courses so in reality you had 10 courses to share between the two of us. The chef did an outstanding job of connecting flavors. Plating was beautiful and there was so much food for a tasting menu we actually had to take some of the entrée course home with us. Once again thank you to the outstanding staff at the chef’s table.

Innovative, welcoming, delicious. Granted, I’ve been living in a small town with terrible food , but this food literally brought tears. Beet burgers are not to be missed, corn and peach salad, think street corn with roasted peaches, house made pasta of all sorts. Some unusual, some old favorites done beautifully.Service friendly and knowledgeable but not childish . Chef Paolo is charming and very talented. Wine list good but not pretentious, parking easy.

From the very friendly server to the home cooked fresh food everything was delicious. Ordered burrata, salad, short rib ravioli, half pappardelle with funghi, tiramisu and creme brulee. Every dish as very fresh and well executed. Menus changed periodically. Food is great without a stuffy atmosphere. Covid 19 compliant.
