I wanted to adopt a plant-based lifestyle for the new year, but meal prep and shopping seemed exhausting. Enter Primal Organic-a local, family -owned business that makes ABSOLUTELY delicious vegan meals. I tried it for two weeks and have been so pleased with the quality, flavor and freshness of the food, that I am now a monthly subscriber. If you are thinking about trying this out., DO IT! Plus, customer service is wonderful and the delivery is great for busy people on the go. Cannot say enough good things. Thank you!!!

Great was to eat healthy in Miami. They offer a healthy meal plan delviery service directly to where yo are staying. I have tried the low carb, keto diet, and the paleo diet options and would recommend all three. I do intermitant fasting so I like this company becasue they allow me to order 2 meals per day. Great way to lose weight!

The meal delivery service is a very convenient way to eat low carb and gluten-free while in Miami. Especially when trying not to eat out every night. Meal are portioned and consistently tasty and the service is friendly (different than most of Miami.

For me it is difficult to eat healthy in Miami. So many tasty but not gluten-free restaurant. I like Primal because they make both tasty and paleo diet friendly mealst.
