Falafel love at first bite!!!

Obviously healthy and more flavorful than a burger, taco, and pizza combined. This place rules!!! Best of the best!!! I am a falafel connoisseur, and this is indelibly the undisputed champion!!! LOOK NO FURTHER!!!

Great little place for quick healthy eats

Discovered this place yesterday January 4th 2019 and was so pleased that I walked by this small falafel shop. The menu is very simple, either a falafel sandwich or a bowl small or regular are your only options. I recommend the large bowl because the add on's are amazing and you can load up as much as the bowl allows. Yes that's correct the add-ons are what makes this place amazing. Here is a small list of the add-ons you can add in your falafel sandwich or Bowl. Please take a look at the photos I supplied. Pickled cauliflower = amazing flavor Pickled beets = loved them Pickled turnips = light soft taste Red cabbage = very good Cole slaw = excellent Torrator = amazing Turkish salad = amazing Baba ganoush = amazing Hummus = excellent Chick pea salad = amazing Crunchy onions = very good And there are a few others I don't recall. The large bowl loaded, again, you load your bowl with as little or as much as the bowl can handle, costs about $8. The place is so good that we came here today for lunch as well. Small little gem for fast food healthy eats in Sunset Place (formerly known as Bakery Center).

Healthy Fast Food

Delicious, healthy fast food. You can get a wrap or a bowl. The bowl comes in two sizes. You tell them what type of meat or Falafel & they put it on a wrap or bowl. After that it's self serve for the sauces & toppings. There are many choices. It's all very fresh. I will go back for sure!

Hours of operation are i guess whenever they want

1 Walked in on a Friday night drove out of my way to come because they said they were going to be open till 3 AM. I walked in dude behind the counter, was serving two people falafel‘s nice and fresh. They smell delicious I proceeded to walk to the bathroom to go ahead and wash my hands the employee then walked into the bathroom after me and asked me are you gonna be ordering I’m like yeah I just came in to wash my hands while you were serving those people. Oh cause we’re closed i’m like aren’t you guys open till 3 AM that’s why I drove 40 minutes out of the way yeah but I close the register already mind you 12:30 at night.. unreal how people just don’t care anymore and don’t want to work the hours posted… Even more upsetting i went way out of my way

Great falafel and fries

Tried to use Groupon and you are required to purchase a soda. We never drink sodas as it is not healthy and uses a disposable cup. Besides, it negates the use of a groupon. Ither than that, great for lunch.

Best Falafel in Miami

This restaurant reminded me of so many in Europe. You can build your own, add whatever you want to your falafel sandwhich. Everything is fresh and made as you order it, nothing is sitting around. Great place and great value! Enjoy

Fresh Falafel in South Miami

So stumbled upon this awesome lil falafel shop in the neighborhood, what a great surprise! Located at: 5835 Sunset Drive, SMIA. After being introduced to the falafel shops overseas and in NYC it was wonderful finding this place close to home. The setting is real casual, the service behind the counter charming and oh wow the ingredients so fresh! So what’s a falafel? “a Middle Eastern dish of spiced mashed chickpeas formed into balls or fritters and deep-fried, usually eaten with or in pita bread”. You walk up to counter select whether you want a sandwich (wheat/white) or bowl, available in small or regular. Other fare includes fresh fries just like those found in Amsterdam. Grab some soft drinks or water and sit on tall bar style tables while the falafel is cooked. You are called to counter by the very pleasant young man or young lady. You are now free to add your garnishes - oh and what a spread! Baba Ganoush made of mashed eggplant and spices; Chickpea Salad, Cucumber and Tomato salad, Hummus, Pickled Cauliflower, Red Cabbage with Vinagrette, Tahini, Turkish Salad, Coleslaw - and a delicious array of sauces: Yogurt, Jalapeño Cilantro, Garlic Cream, Garlic Parsley and on and on......and for your fries try the deliciously interesting Curried Ketchup just like you’d find in Germany curry wurst shops. If you want a satisfying, filling, healthy lunch or even light dinner alternative to the ordinary stuff around - go to this Falafel Shop!

Best Falafel since NYC

This is a small but wonderful restaurant in South Miami. Very close to the movie theater at Sunset Place. I recommend the falafel bowl, as you will want to add all of the delicious pickled items from the salad/condiment bar. The falafel are very crispy on the outside, and not dry at all on the inside - just like they are supposed to be! If you order the french fries, you might want to order a small....because you get a giant cone full, which you place into the hole in your table! $8.50 for a regular size bowl, fries are around $4. They also serve Dr. Brown's soda in the can, in case you are interested.

Nostalgic experience

For those of you who love falafel, this is the place to go. It is freshly made once you order and it is like no falafel I have ever tasted before due to the exquisite selection of spices used. If you have been to a Mauz resturant then you will love this place since they take falafel up a notch.

The best place for quick break. Its so tasty and price is very reasonable. Regular sandwich is less than 7$, which is cheap for Miami Beach.

Fresh Inexpensive Food

Tasty inexpensive food. Like the ability to add whatever toppings you want. Falafel where cooked fresh for us, not reheated. Everything was fresh and the place was spotless.

Amazing!!

We wanted to try this place all week and finally got to on our last day. I'm so sad we didn't try it earlier! The falafels were amazing and you got to choose your own salad etc. I'd definitely recommend!

Amazing food!

I've been at the restaurant after hurricane Irma, and it was one of the few places open after hours. It was a pleasure to discover such good food and great service! The attendants were very kind and resourceful. Good prices, great food and service. I'd definitely go back.

Delicious Food Reasonable Prices

Outstanding value and delicious! Very friendly service! Miami is full of tourist traps over priced food and rip offs however This restaurant was awesome and delicious we went three times during our vacation it was so good and inexpensive and delicious. The service was also very friendly.
