The lobster flatbread was very tasty. The burger was disappointing. The grouper sandwich was just ok.

The prices are insane. $15.95 for a bowl of lettuce! I think the drink I ordered was $8.50. Great view, servers seemed to care.
Have dined here about 6 times. Food was better than my last visit. Got the mahi mahi again and is was perfect. Prices are high for the size of the entree but included was 2 sides and a soup or salad. Waiter needs a little more training, a little slow, and he forgot our salads. We were half-way thru our... More
Fabulous view of inland waterway ! Get seat by window and watch and hear the Dolphins and fish jumping and the Pelicans squawking ! Service quality varies, better you read reviews, often waiters no help. Great inner and outer atmosphere, take someone there to impress on fabulous surroundings. Food is OK, not a big seafood menu, and you better like... More
Nice view but food is way overpriced They do have nice menu choices and a nice bar. We ate lunch but have also eaten supper. Will not return to this restaurant
The breakfast platter is a superb choice if you are hungry in the morning, sausage, bacon, potatoes, 2 eggs, toast and a bottomless cup of coffee to get you going. It may not be the healthiest breakfast, but most things that taste great usually aren’t. For a lighter lunch or dinner, the fish tacos are hard to beat, served with... More
This restaurant is a great choice for seafood when visiting the Sebastian area. We were introduced to Mulligan's by family who live locally. The food is super and there is enough to take with you for at least another meal. The menu has a good variety-broiled, fried, etc. We had an exceptional waitress and the Indian River view was great.
Beautiful views and well presented food add up to a must do! If you are a vistor, breakfast with a window seat will reward you most mornings with dolphins gracefully swimming by along with silver Mullet fish who must be so happy to be in Florida they leap out of the water. Crab Benedict is a must try along with... More
I have been here a few times and it is usually a hit or miss. I had the Mediterranean fish taco ( that comes in 2 wraps) and had to look for the Fish. SMALL portion cut into 2 pieces hidden among lettuce and feta cheese that was odd tasting. Very disappointing for dinner. Call it a lettuce taco with... More
Went there for lunch with friends. Everyone enjoyed their food. Wait staff was very good. The views of the lagoon were excellent.
