This is our favorite vendor from which we order pizza for home delivery. We order on their website and they email a confirmation with a tracking link. We click on the link and can see what step the pizza preparation in in, and when it...is released for delivery. Their pizzas are very good and their pricing is competitive. We will be ordering from them often.More

I ordered a large pizza by phone to pick up at the store. I put it on my front seat of my car and brought it straight home and opened it and there was a LIVE ROACH UNDER THE PIECE OF PIZZA. I killed it...and called the owner of the store, AND HE SAID HE WOULD NOT REPLACE IT BECAUSE HIS STORE HAS NEVER HAD A ROACH IN IT. I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT!! He was very rude. Horrible customer service. Customer beware.More

We ordered a pizza after a concert at SPAC and had to wait a little longer then normal due to the volume of people from the concert in town. The employees were working so hard and really impressed me with there vigor of getting the...job done. Great job! Sometimes people don't realize how hard these guys work when there are mega headliners in town!More

5 of us decided to have a snack after the ball game. The food made up for a Pirates lose. Our waitress (Angie) was very helpful. We had some of the best Pizza, calamari, and mussels in the area. The crust on the Pizza was...just right, not to thick, not to thin, with great cheese and sauce. The calamari was as good or better than Carmines in NYC. The mussels were seasoned in wine and garlic sauce and was among the best we ever had. Great place to eat and drink.More

This place seems to be run by non-pizza makers with useless management. The thin crust pizza is impossible to get without being burned. Have tried on three different occasions and they continue to burn the bottom of the pie. The last one was so burned...it literally was stuck to the pizza box and only half of the crust portion of the slices would get out of the box. Wasted!More

So for almost 2 years we've ordered the same pizzas from this Dominos location. The last two times, just horrible! Horrible pizza, not as ordered, horrible service, and followed up by horrible follow-up! Seems so simple, a pizza chain, any chain should be able to...be pretty uniform on how they make pizzas right? Not! Uncooked, dry pizzas for the last two times. Ordered how? With extra sauce!!! We don't want free pizzas, we want good pizzas, not even great pizzas, just get what we ordered! Again, seems easy right? When calling for the 2nd order the person on the phone couldn't seem to get the order correct on 2 pizzas! Finally he repeated what we ordered correctly. When picking up the "free" we can do it better pizzas since the visit before was terrible, checked to see if they were made correctly. The "extra" sauce was not there, it looked like they used a fine paintbrush to put the sauce on the pizzas. When asked why there was no extra sauce the response was even more ridiculous then trying to get the same pizzas we've had many, many times: "That IS extra sauce" No, no it's not, then the Dominos employee points to spots here and there where you could see a bit of red sauce, "there right there, there's sauce!" omg......E X T R A sauce was ordered, this time and the last time we ordered pizzas, just like all the other pizzas we've ordered. Employee: "We are not allowed to put anymore sauce than the on the pizzas." Seriously? But there's hardly any and we ordered extra like we always do? Let me get this straight all those other times we've ordered pizzas, almost two years here, another 6-8 years at our last house in another state, you're telling me we imagined they were made as ordered and kept ordering them? Hmmmmmm, I think not! Omg! Emailed company & response: "The location where you ordered is locally owned..." So, my translation: so we don't care! Wow!More
