We hadn't been to this place for years after experiencing uninteresting, expensive food and poor service. Well, in our opinion, not much has changed. Our waiter seemed just plain grumpy. We ordered some appetizers for a light lunch. We felt the prices were quite high. The food was good, though expensive. The worst was that we had to go find... More

We stopped at this restaurant for lunch. We both had the grilled Mahi sandwiches for lunch. The food was fresh and well prepared. The sweet potato fries and cole slaw were also excellent accompaniments. Service was very good and the views of the inland waterway were beautiful. We had a very nice experience.

The stuffed mushrooms were fantastic and the fish tacos were amazing! Right on the water and it was beautiful. Service was great. Will defiantly be back.

This is a great find! Located out on a pier. GREAT food and very reasonable prices. Not very big, so you might have a wait to be seated. Beer was VERY inexpensive. I had the amber jack, which was delightful! My friend had the fish and chips. Lightly breaded, and he loved it! The fries have some sort of coating... More

Nestled in this little Caribbean colored village on Stickney Point road , just before heading over the bridge. The boatyard water front bar and grill is a lime green colored building on the end. I was waiting for my brother and a friend to come pick me up on a boat so I ran in for a quick lunch. First... More

Good food and drinks and lovely views from their outside dining porch. Had fish dip as starter which was very yummie. Salad and fish sandwich to follow which was all you can ask for. Nice attentive staff. Would return if in the area again!

Sipping a beer, eating a burger, and watching BOTH big boats and large cars go by. The restaurant is in a very quaint multicolored village, where all the stores are little boutique shops that are like townhouses stacked side by side. After enjoying lunch, be sure to spend 5-10 minutes to peruse the shops. Make sure you get a table... More

While enjoying a cold adult beverage and your favorite cuisine from a varied menu, you can watch the activity on the waterway. You might see a cruiser which is so large the draw bridge must be opened. So while enjoying the ambience let your mind 'guess' as to who are the boat occupants.

Went for lunch. It was a good solid basic bar restaurant with a good view. This place is really big, and the menu is as well. All three of our party had salads. All three of the salads were very good and very large. They are very generous with the cheese, whether it is the blue or the goat. Service... More

We just had our reception at The Boatyard for 60 people and it was amazing. The staff at The Boatyard was helpful along every step of the way and we cant thank them enough. The food was amazing and the view was worth a million bucks. I would recommend everyone stops by The Boatyard.
