Being from Kentucky we had to try the Kentucky Honey Bourbon flavor ice cream! It was made here and is some of the best that I've ever had...we will definitely return!

Normally we go only to Big Olaf's while in Siesta. We gave Orange Octopus a try because of location and time constraints. We were happily surprised. We enjoyed Orange octopus much more. Ice cream was great and was more affordable. We returned multiple times during our vacation week.

Everyone on the Key seems to love Big Olaf's but I seriously disagree. The Orange Octopus offers high quality ice cream with flavors to die for. Try the Dutch Choloclate, it's to die for.

A very friendly atmosphere and the ice cream is very tasty! Sea salt caramel is amazing!! It's run by a family who really cares and you're not rushed. Love it here!

My kids had been talking about this place since last year! Their Dutch chocolate and homemade waffle cones are absolutely amazing! My middle son just adores their birthday cake flavor with REAL chunks of cake swirled through. Always a winner for desert, or get a large and call it dinner!

My family and I spent a fantastic day at Siesta Key Beach and were craving ice cream after a long day in the sun. As luck would have it, I saw the Orange Octopus sign as we were leaving town and pulled into their lot. We must have been lucky because we walked right up to the counter and ordered.... More

We were heading back home but had to make one stop due to the long lines we saw the evening before. Must try their Salted Carmel ice cream. I give it two thumbs up.

Being a bit of a connoisseur of ice cream, I hesitated on getting an ice cream from a shop I'd never heard of but I was amazed at how delicious this ice cream was and went back the next day with my family to get more...wish we had Orange Octopuss in Ireland!

Good selection of flavors but a bit overpriced in my opinion. Not enough seating either, it was busy and people were waiting for seats to open up. some outside tables or benches would be nice.

Super friendly staff with amazing, homemade ice cream. If you're near the Village, it's worth heading the other direction because it's yummy!!!

This old fashioned, family owned coffee and ice cream shop is located in Captain Curt's Village a few hundred yards south of the Stickney point (south bridge). It is beside the bike and kayak rental shop. They are super friendly and have a gourmet coffee bar, 24 flavors of hand churned, homemade ice cream. It is my favorite local coffee shop! I've never left disappointed.
