We are in a vacation rental within walking distance of the Grill and tried out the 5-7 happy hour on a day when sunset was at 6:30. We arrived at 5:45 and were lucky to find a table. There is a small menu of ½...More
You can watch the sunset from the bar area of the restaurant which is located on the 8th floor. Nice menu with well prepared dishes.
We went there on a Friday night and drinks are reasonab\le and appetizers are half price.Anthing we ordered was delicious, and the bartenders are terrific. They have music, and the view from the 8th fl. is just beautiful, and so is the sunset.
This beach grill is definitely a must stop for lunch. I have to eat gluten free and they were very accommodating. They had gluten free wraps for sandwiches and even a hard cider that was gluten free. Food was amazing! Highly highly recommend this place....More

We sat at a booth with a view of the Sarasota skyline from the floor to ceiling windows. Drinks were perfectly made, and the multiple appetizers we shared for dinner were delicious. A perfect evening.
We stayed at Coquina on the Beach, and there is not very much for dining around there. Going into St. Armand Circle was a nightmare due to traffic. It was so nice to find this place right up the street walking distance from our hotel....More
Fri. night, get there early. A great happy hour with very good bar food. In season it is really crowded with people from all over. Music on Fri. and Sun is really fun.
The seafood pasta was delicious. The scallops were huge and tasty. There was tonnes of calamari, mussels, clams and shrimp. Hubby had the caramelized scallops and thoroughly enjoyed them. The view over to Sarasota was beautiful.
