About once a week when we are in St. Armands, we walk the 2.5 km to the New Pass Grill and Bait Shop. Huge sandwich...great breakfast for two with a couple cups of coffee.

Food is always great and who can complain eating on the water. Very relaxing. If boating you can pull right up and dock.

Quick stop... Great fish sandwich and mellow waterside retreat... Nothing pretentious and an ice cold brew... Take a breather... Super mellow

We had been fishing out on the bay for several hours when a craving for burgers came over us like a south Florida thunderstorm. We pulled up next to the well maintained docks, tied up, dropped the powerpoles and headed for the service window to place our order. We both got the burgers with all the fixings, a basket of... My parents brought me here as a kid via boat and car. Every year when we are here to visit my family I bring my kids ( from Germany). Even my husband ( very picky) hobby fisherman loves to come here and sit on the water & eat a burger or shrimp basket. The first time it was during a... More

Terribly overrated. This is a bait shack with hamburgers that are nothing special. Fries were good but that was about it. They did try to charge us 91 dollars on a 55 dollar tab. It took two trips back to cashier who seemed lost to get it corrected. Sadly we had friends with us that we had told it sounded... More

The only reason we visit New Pass is because of the location. The food is ok. Frozen fries, frozen burgers, okay sandwiches. The toasted BLT was served on bread that was not toasted. Plenty of bacon but just okay. The fried shrimp basket is good but nothing special. the view however is fabulous!!! Fantastic view. The boats pulling up to... More

We were out on the boat and stopped in for lunch. My wife had a BLT sandwich that was loaded with bacon. I had the grouper sandwich which came with fries. Sell beer and wine. Very informal, you order at the front window and they call your name. Will return.

We decided to give this place a shot one afternoon. One of my party is in a wheelchair and pretty good at adept at getting himself around, but this place just did not work for us. There is a ramp up to the small deck to the order window, but no place really to sit other than a few barstools... More
