The service was slow but very friendly. Unfortunately, the food was extremely overpriced for what you get. A $20 entree was half white rice and a small serving of actual stir fry. The sushi rolls came with 8 pieces that were only slightly bigger than...the size of a quarter and $8-9 each. That’s normal when you have a large roll but these were tiny. Tasted good and if you’re willing to buy 4 rolls per person, you might get a meal. Disappointed. Bad value.More

I love Thai food and this is the place for falling in love. I've had been searching and searching the area to find a good Thai restaurant and came across this location. The food is delicious and fresh. I particularly like the pink rolls, very...crispy with shrimp tucked inside. I will be going back again and again.More

Really sad when you spend your hard earned money, leave a tip (because I ordered online and there was an option) just to be majorly disappointed in customer service and taste. Placed an online order through the website which directs you to Chow Now. My...husband went to pick up the food and they would not give him the order, even though he had the confirmation number. He had to wait and barter with them to finally give him the food after 20 minutes of waiting, while our food was sitting on the counter right in front of him. The food was not good and we salvaged what we could, but had to throw the rest away. We will not be returning.More

Tasteless watery pad Thai. It’s 2021 and all we can manage to add a a vegetable are cabbage & celery? Lonely mushy broccoli & soggy carrot? Used to be good.. will not be back

Absolutely a great place a little more than normal for cost but truly worth it, get the pinapple rice bowl and lichee Sadie martini. The service is great the owner is usually there to make sure you are happy

Crispy Duck with Tamarind sauce and Pineapple Fried Rice were as different as you get and very good. The service was nice as we about had the place to ourselves on a Sunday evening. The miso was not bad and tempura shrimp great. The experience...was intimate and pleasurable.More

Working as a server since age 15 it’s pretty shocking how horrible the service was my last visit. The service here is never really great but I’ve always just put it aside because I love the sushi. We weren’t greeted at the door at all...so we all sat on the bench for probably 5 minutes until what seemed to be an owner or worker that was actually eating at a table got up to help us. The server Abby I think it was ? I’m not 100% sure of her name she didn’t say it, it was on the receipt at the end. Anyway, she came up and mumbled something about can I get you anything besides water, we ordered 4 waters and a wine and only got 3 waters. We asked our server for another water after, but never got it So We had to ask another server for refills and another water. Upon taking our order she bent over next to be and put her piece of paper on the table and wrote our orders like that the whole time..... right there on the table..The place has only 2-3 tables seated and the food took forever. One of my friends never received the salad she ordered to start and her entree was messed up. We asked for her food to be fixed and one server was working on it, while OUR server came back and explained that what she wanted couldn’t be done, which was a side of fried rice instead of white rice. Which she ORIGINALLY asked for while ordering and the server didn’t say it couldn’t be done, or that she would even check. After our server said they couldn’t fix it, the other server came out with her food... having fried rice instead of white rice... weird. Another friend didn’t receive her food at all, so we had to ask for it to be made after we were all finished. Her food came out long after we were done because it was forgotten. No apology along the way or anything. When receiving our bill, our server asked us to each DRAW A DIFFERENT SHAPE NEXT TO WHAT WE EACH HAD. She explained that we could draw a circle or a square or a star :) she could have suggested a 4th shape for the 4th person in the group just saying. Considering the mass amounts of problems that occurred, I would at LEAST assume my friend who got her food long after we all ate would have some sort of discount. I finally asked to speak with the manager or owner or whoever it was, and it seemed as though he couldn’t care less. No sorry, nothing. And then my friend who’s food was forgotten got a whopping $1.50 discount! Sad that the service is beyond terrible because I did really like the atmosphere and sushi. Being in the industry I know how much it hurts to read bad reviews, especially needless ones. But take this as a sign or don’t.More

We went there for evening dinner with almost 2 hours to spare before theatre. Disappointed that service was slow (25 minute wait for food). Had better taste at much more modest locales and prices. Noisy customers (not blaming the establishment here.)
