My family and I travel to the Destin area each summer and we are always looking for new restaurants to try. Stinky's is our new favorite! While a bit pricey, it is beyond worth it! Best crab cakes I've had EVER and everything else we had was delicious. Staff friendly and fun environment!

Wonderful experience. Extremely friendly wait staff, and great food. They have three offerings for a frozen drink concoction. I recommend the Stink Juice with a Grand Marnier floater. I could have drunk them all night, but needed someone else to drive home. Or you could just walk since you're probably staying near there anyway!

Best shrimp and grits with andouille sausage ever! Try the stinky margarita too! The oyster log was great. Server was funny, prompt, and knowledgeable. Really fun experience!

When I grew up, a "fish camp" was a place where we ate fresh-off-the-boat fish and seafood (primarily fried) in pretty modest surroundings, Stinky's is NOT that fish camp! Sitnky's is more of casual bar/restaurant featuring creatively prepared (and yummy) dishes. The service was excellent and our party of six enjoyed some really great and imaginative food. The Firecracker Shrimp... More

I and my 2 great nephews were extremely disappointed in the food portions we received during lunch. Also we had to pay extra for french fries. Most restaurants in the area allow at least one free (sometimes two) side with the entree. Both boys ordered swordfish and each received 2 very small portions. I tried Stinkie's due to their supposedly... More

Other than a catchy name and TERRIBLE acoustics, there is nothing that sets this place apart from the hundreds of other similar restaurants from Gulf Shores to Apalachicola. The food is good, but that's it. The noise in that place is so loud it is difficult to have a conversation. The sound just carries. My wife and I stopped to... More

Excellent fresh fish -- blackened or grilled. We had swordfish and grouper....perfect. An order of shrimp and grits was outstanding. Busy? Yes. But with "free" valet parking -- no reason to find a spot. Be sure to stop at the bait store next door. It should be called a general store -- with full bar...and bait.

Stopping in for lunch we had a few beers and the grilled grouper sandwich with fries, Cole slaw and potato salad. The food was good and the service ok. The scenery was nice with the up stairs seating and the lake.

I have to be honest. I live near by Stinky's and LOVE it. It is always crowded regardless of the time of year. However, the Liars Club is next door and you can wait there, shop (trust me after eating you will by a shirt) and enjoy a cold beer - no liquor next door just at Stinky's. The parking... More
