5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed yesterday NEW

I have been here about six times over the years, and this week I had my best meal yet. We started with the cold seafood sampler. Four raw oysters, and two oyster shooters plus four cold steamed shrimp and a big dish of ceviche. The ceviche came with fresh warm tortilla chips. It was all great. The oysters were plump... More

You can go far and wide and not find better food than Stinky's. Don't let the name fool you, there's nothing Stinky about Stinky's We've been here in the past and reviewed it about 3 years ago. Suffice to say anything on the menu is first class. The Gumbo is outstanding and you can't go wrong with the Catch of... More

I've always wanted to try this and this is the first restaurant I seen with it on the menu. Had to try it! Loved it! The grits included with the pie were really different and we both loved them. Also ordered the catfish meunière after sampling the sauce. Delicious!! I was glad to hear that the catfish was farm raised... More

We waited about two hours to get in here and it was late. The oyster log was good and as was all the food, service was pretty slow because it was crowded. It was also the biggest bill we had for the week of vacation.

This cute little restaurant on 30A has GREAT food (big Louisiana influence) and located right across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. On Sundays they have a little local band in which one guy plays the washboard! Super fun, great food, get a tshirt!

This has to be among the very best of restaurants I've been to. I began my meal with a Bloody Mary that was the best I'd ever had. It arrived at the table with the usual stalk of celery that was surrounded by a couple of olives, a couple of pickled green beans, pickled okra (that they pickle themselves) and... More

Need I say more than the Oysters? YES! The fish stew has the best broth EVER! I can't believe I am admitting this but we were in Destin for one week. Christmas through New Years and we ate there three times! Great music, fantastic food and a fun bar! Thank you Rick, you are the best!

The restaurant is being remodeled so the food is being served in what they are calling the fish camp. The camp is large and actually pretty nice. It was a cold day so it was a little drafty but that just added to the ambiance. The grouper sandwich appeared to be real grouper and was a decent size portion. We... More
