Made an online order for lunch pickup. I ordered two of their lunch sushi rolls w/ ginger salad. Went inside, no hi or pleasantries just a lady walking up with a bag of food saying $11.xx. She sits the food down takes my card, brings...it back and walks off. Doesn’t wait for me to sign or anything. Terrible customer service skills. You get a decent amount of sushi but taste wise nothing special-average at best. Now the salad.. it was like they chopped the core of a head of iceberg lettuce, all yellow not one leaf of green. Salad had one half SLICE of tomato on it that looked like they just ripped the slice in half. The one cucumber was another SLICE with no center, literally just the outside skin. So definitely don’t go that direction. Didn’t eat either, due to questionable quality. The ginger dressing was average. Honestly, doubt I’d go back between their terrible customer service and lack of quality.More

Went with my brother and sister in law who were visiting us. It was the traditional Japanese steakhouse set up. We all had cooked food, no sushi. Between the four of us we had steak, shrimp, and scallops along with fried rice, salad, and miso...soup. I thought the shrimp were a bit overcooked but the scallops were tender as was the steak. Can recommend.More

We go for their happy hour and it is great. Really enjoy the food and service. They have hibachi and sushi, so everyone can get what they want.

This is a nice restaurant situated in stripmall with plenty of nearby safe parking. The service was good the place is clean with a nice selection of hot and cold plates, it has a nice ambiance and I rate it as average because in the...Sushi world average is fine and 7 out of 10 times what you get, if there was a good vs very good I would give it that rating. The hot dishes, others in our group ordered, Edamame, Salmon, Fried Rice, etc. were very good but I was going for the Sushi which although very well presented was just slightly above average, again average is GOOD.More

When we get a taste for oriental, we like going here. More often we ask for a table rather than sit under the hood, too, I think you get more food ordering at a table. The food is really good, and service is good. They...are reasonably priced and we go often.More

We went here by default because Louis Louis was closed and we were starving, My husband had sushi and said it was really good and I had filet hibachi and it was excellent! Atmosphere is nothing to speak of but food was really delicious!

Our group of nine were seated quickly at hibachi table. Our cook was friendly, great at what he did, and the kids loved him. The food steak melted in your mouth! We will be back!

We, well most of us in our group of 8 had an hankering for sushi. Found this place on internet search while on vacation and decided to give it a try. This restaraunt has a hibachi side and sit down side for sushi and other...menu items. There was no issue or long wait for our party on a Tuesday night. Only two individuals in our group didn't want sushi, they had no problem finding good items to eat off menu. Most of us ordered a couple sushi rolls each and those items came out altogether,in a regular amount of time. My husband and son ordered the "love boat" for 2, which has a lot of different types of sushi & sashimi, it came out way later than all the rest of our food. That kinda sucked, we were all almost done eating when they were just getting started. Waitress apologized but it would of been nice for us to eat all at once. Food was real good and our waitress was attentive and nice. In my opinion, "specialty" sushi roll prices were on the high side. I would of liked to try more of them but wouldn't be broke.More

While here on vacation in Santa Rosa my family wanted Sushi and we didn’t want to drive all the way to Destin. After searching on the internet and reading reviews as well as looking at the pictures we decided to give this place a try...and boy were we happy we did!!!! Staff was very friendly and sushi was Amazing! So happy to have found this hidden gem. I would never have just stopped if we were driving by because the name doesn’t say sushi. We will be visiting this restaurant again and maybe a second visit before leaving. The only regret I have is not taking a picture of our sushi before we ate it. It was beautiful as well as delicious!More

I called and ordered the sushi and sashimi combo. My wife and I enjoyed this meal while watching the world series last night. Our delivery came at the time promised. The items on the plate were pretty and delicious

Decided to try this place with my wife and one our younger children. The chef was entertaining, engaged those seated (including the children), and deviated from the usual routines at other Japanese steakhouses... offering his own style and humor. It was nice to not have...a predictable chef.More

We are locals and wanted to try something different. Made a rez for 7pm, they sat us promptly because the place was almost empty. We ordered sake and it took almost 15 mins to arrive. The server took out order and within minutes the hibachi...chef arrived. We were wishing our sake had come as quickly. The chef had no personality, no flames, no fancy knife moves, nada. He put veggies and rice on our plates THEN cooked our “appetizer shrimp” at the same time as our entrees. When one of us inquired about that, he hurried to finish and left. The place was entirely too warm, even though we asked them to lower the ac. So even though the meal was good, there was nothing atmospheric at all and we’ve had more fun at a chain. Do yourself a favor and go to Louis Louis across the street instead.More
