There is nothing better than a quality grilled cheese. One of the best all time and they have so many options of different grilled cheeses! We already want to go back!

We tried a pretzel as well as the meatloaf grilled cheese. The sandwich was fantastic, with generous amounts of cheese, meatloaf and ham. Highly recommend anyone to try a sandwich there!

We stopped here on our drive from Destin to Panama City. A very nice and quaint little area Santa Rosa Beach. Ate at the melt down grilled cheese food truck. Portions were huge. Food was amazing.

The Meltdown on 30a is located inside a vintage airstream trailer/food truck parked on the edge of highway30a overlooking The Seaside Amphitheater. It specializes in creating gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches that are made with homemade, locally sourced ingredients. From the classic American grilled cheese featuring American cheese on Texas toast to the meatloaf melt featuring melted mozzarella, homemade meatloaf, marinara, ham and melted Swiss on sourdough bread.
