My husband and I had such an enjoyable lunch we came back the next morning for breakfast. The food was freshly prepared and delicious. We also purchased a jar of their homemade raspberry jam, I wish we had bought two!

We ate breakfast here twice and really enjoyed it. The food was very good and the service was excellent. We also bought a jar of the raspberry jam to take home which is fantastic. Favorite place for breakfast but need an espresso service. Highly recommend and kid friendly.

Food fair. Pricey for a sandwich breakfast place. Decor nice. Staff not very knowledgeable of area. Would not go back.

This was our fourth visit in as many years and we've decided not to return. No matter where we sat, it seemed like tge seating layout doesn't lend itself to any extra legroom. The food we've eaten is very plain and can be expensive for the small portion size that is served. The venue is a bit loud because of... More

I got the ham steak and eggs....came with toast and hashbrowns. My girlfriend got biscuits and gravy with scrambled eggs and hashbrowns and a side order of grits. Hers was excellent as was mine...im not a huge fan of frozen type hashbrowns but were good and not too greasy.

Arrived on Sanibel Island midday, several hours before our scheduled check-in time at the hotel. Decided to grab some lunch while we waited. Found the Sanibel Cafe tucked off in a small shopping area and glad we did. Several other patrons were there but not crowded at all. They had a nice menu with full entrees, sandwiches, salads and soups.... More

Went on a Friday morning and ordered earl grey tea and water with lemon. Nice shell and blue decor, lots of booths. Good came quickly and hot. Had scrambled eggs with bacon and hot cakes. Hubby had rye toast, sausage and eggs over easy. All good. Fast, efficient servers. Breakfast for 22 bucks.

Air conditioning was an issue in this restaurant- it was hot and small inside. The booths/tables were old and uncomfortable. Even though there wasn't a lot of people in the restaurant, service was slow and food sat in the window longer than it should have before being served.
