My buttermilk chicken with sage gravy was perfect. The sides of scalloped potatoes and spinach was delicious. My husband had a seafood combination that was outstanding. I recommend this place

We were 5 , we ordered the chicken wings appetizer which was was great, Reuben sandwich was tasty, steak sandwich was delicious and juicy. But teo in our party ordered the shrimp stir fry and it was disappointing. It was not a stir fry, it...was more like a spaghetti with broiled shrimp and vegetables, you could not taste the sauce which was supposed to be teriyaki. I ordered a tostada enchilada that was good but the black beans tasted straight from scan and the rice was hard. Will still try again but probably more for happy hour. Service was acceptable since they looked to be short handed but could have been better. The place is beautiful, very clean, great decor and nice atmosphere.More

We found this restaurant exceptional in every way. Great setting, excellent service, and delicious food. Chef even came by to say hello! Definitely give it a try.

We had lunch, mid March 22 at Cip's . Our table was on the porch. The food was tasty. The waiter was friendly and since we were with our 6 year old granddaughter he suggested several places to visit and activities that might be of...interest to her. We hope to return to Sanibel Island and Cip's Place will be on our schedule.More

So the server barely came to our table. Had to raise my hand so she would see we needed drinks after waiting 10-15 minutes. Never cleared dinner dishes but brought dessert. Bad setvice

We spent last night with a group of friends and were once again duly impressed on Cip's -- not only the food but the service as exceptional. George was out waiter and totally kept up with all of our requests and was so personable. The...restaurant was extremely busy (yes, it's season) but we never felt pressured to eat and run.More

The food and service were good but not excellent. We sat in the front of the restaurant by the hostess stand, so our seat location was lousy. The last time we sat outside and it was much better. The food is good, nothing exquisite, but...better than average. Better than the typical tourist trap but not as excellent as the best restaurants we tried (The Sandbar, Sunset Grill, Mad Hatter)More

Two of the meals were delicious but the two of us who ordered the mahi sandwich were disappointed. The bun tasted stale, the fish was so over cooked it was dry , there was a tiny piece of lettuce and bit of tomato and the...avocado mayonnaise was non-existent. Service was fine, the wine delicious and I would return, but order something different.More

Based on Tripadvisor and some friend's recomendations we showed up on a weekday evening and they accomdated us immediately. Located in a small shopping mall, a fairly nondescript location with very good food. Seems like a locals kind of spot. Option of dining outside was...appealing given that there were space heaters next to each table, and it was a bit chilly and breezy. Their buttermilk chicken was quite good. Reasonable sized portion. Would happily eat here again.More

Early bird dinner on the front porch at Cip's was nice. Items that stood out were the Cip's Sloppy Joe Chips starter and the chocolate ice box cake for dessert. Early bird dinner for two was $65 including tip. A couple of days later we...had lunch on the back porch, which was a delightful setting. Three couples enjoyed their meals.More

We enjoyed our meal at Cips while visiting the island. We sat outside and the table beside us were extremely loud and our waiter was nice enough to move us. It's just a very enjoyable atmosphere. I had the fish tacos which were very good....They have a fried chicken which several at our table raved about. Parking is not a problem which is a plus. Think you will enjoy a meal here.More
