Coffee was okay. Did not like that it was lukewarm. Did not find the staff overly friendly. I guess it's more important to talk on their cell phone. Coffee was also pricey...3.82 for a large lukewarm coffee

We went to Sanibel Bean this morning for breakfast. I ordered the breakfast burrito and my wife ordered a bagel with egg and tomato and a coffee. My wife said that cup of coffee was the best cup of coffee she had in recent weeks. My burrito came and I swear there were at least 3 eggs, and maybe 4... More

Had the artichoke panini today. Delicious!!! Freshly made and seven with fruit and chips. Numerous food options for lunch.

Staff was not very helpful and they never even spoke to me. I was the only person in there. I only ordered a smoothie and it was fair. Will not be returning.

We went yesterday to get a frozen mocha for my hubby and a couple of sandwiches. He loves their coffee. The prices have gone up a little the food order came out correct this time and it doesn't seem as if the owners take as much pride in the place. We always worried it won't be there the next trip.

Given the name of this place we expected a reasonably upscale coffee place -- a step above Starbuck's. Instead: they only take cash. The coffee is not served to order -- there are self-serve dispensers of several different coffees and you add your own cream, sugar, etc. The "cream" is those small containers such as those you get at McDonald's.... I have not tried all places yet, however Sanibel bean so far makes the best Soy Mocha I have had on Sanibel so far. There is never a wait, everyone is always very nice, and it is cheaper than Starbucks.

Staying on Sanibel for a month and decided to try all the coffee shops... this one gets the most expensive award... the mocha latte I had with hazelnut was probably one of the tastiest. But it cost almost $2 more than where I usually go. $6.60 for a medium latte is just more than I will pay on a regular... More
