We absolutely LOVED everything we tried there last night. Our server Andrea was a Saint to have delt with our party of 10, as we were having a great evening! The atmosphere was very chill, though it felt a little hot in there with the...open kitchen not too far from our table. The main issue we had is that it took forever to get our food. But, if you can look past that, the food was truly unbelievable! The chicken liver pate was incredible! I couldn't get enough of it! The local fish of the day was definitely a hit with everyone! It was perfectly cooked and seasoned, as well as being so flavourful! The beef was also superb, with a nice presentation. Everything was so delicious, but we just hope it didn't take over one hour to get our food. I still highly recommend giving them a try, as the chef definitely knows what he is doing in there!More

Yet again we had some of the best food we’ve ever had. The Bite 30 menu was amazing and such good value. As ever, such a friendly and personable place - we love to feel like friends every time we eat here. Cannot recommend enough!

Chef Nat treated us so well. It was my husband’s birthday and I’m vegan and Nat went above and beyond to do a menu for us specially. His use of local, seasonal produce is superb - wonderful flavour combinations and quality ingredients - the meal...was stellar. Our server was genuine and lovely, we had a truly memorable evening. Can’t recommend this place enough - if you live in Florida, eat here.More

We found this little Sanford gem on Trip Advisor for a birthday dinner last night, and we all agreed it turned out to be the most amazing dining experience we’ve ever had! From the friendly welcome at the front door, to the attentive & knowledgeable...waitresses, to the creative owner/chef visiting our table, it quickly became clear this is a SPECIAL restaurant. The unique & delicious farm-to-table menu made choosing difficult, but our table enjoyed the pork belly & hoecakes appetizers, chargrilled wedge salads, shrimp & grits, & duck confit, followed by 2 of the most delicious desserts ever - popcorn crepe brûlée (a treat for your taste buds that literally “pops” in your mouth 🥳) and their famous biscuits with milk chocolate “gravy,” both served with delicious homemade brown butter ice cream. Each over-the-top scrumptious dish was presented to us with the utmost care & preparation. This place is a “must-eat” in Sanford - we can’t wait to return! 😍More

I agree with the other reviews that the food is amazing and unusual. We just stopped for coffee and dessert. I tried the Popcorn Brule, very unusual twist but delicious. The only reason for the poor rating is that the server charged us the dinner...prices although we were there before noon. I don't know if this was deliberate or a keying error - we did not notice until we had left, but it left a bad "aftertaste". We won't be back.More

We were celebrating my birthday with friends and was treated once again to excellent service and better food. I shared the wedge salad with my wife and then enjoyed the shrimp and grits. The fare is a bit pricey but knowing that everything is fresh...and not pre-cooked is worth every pennyMore

Had the French toast with crispy bacon. Wonderful. And they added hickory smoked maple syrup that was amazing. Not a big breakfast menu. Only three items but this place is definitely a must eat at.

The best lunch I had in a while. Everything was farm to table and made to order. Our sandwiches were served on biscuits that were amazing. They came with a tomato and macaroni salad that was incredible. Definitely coming again, but next time for dinner....Getting a dessert next time.More

The Tennessee Truffle was recommended to us by a local bartender at The Suffering Bastard. It was later in the evening on a Wednesday and we was the last group The staff was so friendly and engaging. Never made us feel rushed even though it...was almost closing time. The chef came out and explained our meals. The food was perfect. The appetizer so flavorful. The chef brought out the desserts and had a special taste to go with the tasty treat. I will definitely go back and can’t say enough about this wonderful experienceMore

I recently visited Tennessee Truffle for the first time while my brother was visiting in town. We had been in Sanford having coffee and then were hungry so walked around the corner to try it out. The interior is charming and clean - the staff...was friendly and warm. The house coffee was good, but the real star is their housemade thick cut bacon. I DEFINITELY recommend getting that as a side. We got their bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit sandwich - which was delicious and very filling. But we also wanted to try their side of bacon and that was some of the most amazing bacon we had ever had. I definitely would like to go back again as I hear their sausage gravy is even better and I didn't get to try that. Love that they list their local sources on a chalkboard inside as well. A great addition to downtown Sanford.More
