This place has great food! Small diner atmosphere. Servers are friendly and prices are good for what you get. Great location in the Baytowne wharf. A lot to do!

If you are looking for diner type environment and food, this is your place. We stopped in for lunch. I ordered the sliders and was overwhelmed with how much food they served. The only downside which I feel wasn't truly their fault was the coke was out because the supplier had not been by. There were plenty other options available... More
My husband loves the Hartells Classic burger with Swiss cheese, and the hot fudge sundae. I love the crispy thin French fries, yum. I really like the waitstaff, friendly and helpful.
After all the seafood meals we had we were craving a burger. The burgers were great and so were the shakes. The fries were thin and crispy, just like we like them. The service was great.
The food was good, hot and tasty. The waitress was nice and friendly. The restaurant was large, noisy, and hot. We were sat in a corner with out any air. The stuffed shrimp were great but only 5 of them which is not enough for the price.
My family and I were heading home and wanted to eat something before hitting the road. The breakfast place in the same area was an hour wait! We stopped by Hartell's to eat. I'm not really a diner person, because they always look run down. However, the food was seasoned really well. I had the salad with shrimp and chicken.... More
We stopped in while walking the village to grab a bite to eat. The folks were fairly friendly. The food was adequate. The service was mediocre. I wouldn't warn someone off from eating there but the Mexican place down the way was much better the next night.
In The Village at Sandestin this restaurant is a break from all of the seafood and steaks in the area. Everything we tried was good and prices are about what can be expected in a vacation location. My kids love the shakes, burgers and fries. No fine dining here but good food in a great location.
