Honestly I can never find good chicag style pizza in florida so when my roomate brought this up I thought hmmm okay lets give it a shot Dang and it was good. I got a small deep dish pizza pepperoni and for one the sauce...was perfect, not too sweet not too salty just right. Then the crust was perfect, airy and light but you knew it was deep dish crust. All in all a delicious pizza that came super hot and yummy. I also like that they let you cut it yourself, my roomate likes square cut and I like triangle, so it was the best of both worlds. 10/10 reccomend. Yummy and cheapMore

After visiting the terrific James Western art museum close by our kids got hungry so we came upon this restaurant. Attractive outdoor seating was inviting so we sat after checking the menu. Service was pretty quick and waiters helping and kind. We ordered mozzarela sticks...for a starter and shared with our kids Philly cheese steak and their burger. All were delicious and best of all very reasonably priced for such a downtown location.More

I've gone here a few times, and I have to say I like the Caddy's on the beach in St. Pete Beach better, but the reason I keep coming back is the amazing staff. Between the bartenders, there isn't a single one that isn't amazing,...friendly, talkative, and kind. One that sticks out every time is ... I think her name is Angel or Angela? but she's BY FAR the best bartender I've had at any bar downtown. Besides their amazing staff, their appetizers (the hot pretzels, the mozzarella sticks which I'm pretty sure are hand-rolled, etc) are incredible. If you're on Central Ave and looking for a good place to eat, you found it here.More

First, the positives. Our server was fantastic - attentive, polite, good at his job. Kudos go to the service. The appetizer ordered (Queso-Dillos) was tasty and enough for 2 to share. The garden salad was crisp and fresh and enough for 2 to split (not...on the menu though and you have to ask for it). The negatives - although Caddy's claimed to have a full bar, they were out of olives and olive juice and could not make a dirty martini. Also, the drinks are served in a plastic cup, not conducive to enjoying happy hour. The menu is tiny and does not match up to what is listed online. Would I return? No. Some of that has to do with the ambiance, or lack thereof. A nondescript bar in a sea of fabulous choices on Central Avenue. Why is my overall rating lower than the average rating I gave it? Due to allegedly running out of ingredients at 5 pm on a weeknight to make a standard drink and due to a limited menu and lack of character in the surroundings.More

I’ve been to other Caddy’s and all of them are better than this one. The food was mediocre. They have a very limited lunch menu. We went before a Rays game at 430 and most of the place wasn’t even open. I was pretty disappointed

We had drinks there on the Saturday of st Patrick’s day weekend. It was very fun. Everyone was very nice and it wasn’t too rowdy.

Found the right place to watch the game. Not to many people, just right! Eli the waiter was very friendly and his service was good! My brother and I had appetizers, fried shrimp and chicken tenders, a few beers and some royal crown! The game...was all defensive but I’m from Boston! Second half we had cheese burger sliders and Cobb salad! Very good. I like caddy’s and will go back again!More

I've been here a few times and always really enjoy it. On the water, great food and drink prices, dog friendly, live music, all the games - it's the perfect place to spend the afternoon. Highly recommend the wings, shrimp skewer, and a cocktail!

We decided to hit some of the bars on Central Aves in St. Petersburg. Caddy's was our third stop. I was amazed on how big the bar is but was very disappointed in the service. We tried for 20 minutes to get served with negative...results. When we went to the bar, the bartender left from behind the bar and didn't return keeping several customers waiting. There are to many great places to wait around for service. Will go to the Caddys on St.Pete beach but not the one located at St.Petersburg.More
