The location is superb, the food is good, the service is regular...but THEY DON'T DESINFECT the tables after each customer. I made a remark to one of the hostess, she told me they ALWAYS desinfect and ...several minutes after that the guy just passed a...cloth and put the plates... Just for you to know...More

Went with friends to this restaurant and we had a enjoyable and relaxing evening. The service was great and the food was exceptional. I would recommend this restaurant to others for the atmosphere and great food. We lucked out on parking right outside the restaurant....After dinner enjoy the neighborhood.More

Our group of seven friends went to Ceviche and we had a blast! All of our tapas were terrific, the sangria was outstanding, and James was an excellent server! I can't wait to go back!

The Ponce de Leon Hotel does not have great reviews and we did not stay here but Ceviche, the hotel restaurant is great. The Cava Sangria was delicious and our server knew we liked a drier, traditional sangria so it was made with less simple...syrup. Ceviche is a traditional style Tapas restaurant with lots to order on the menu. Marinated olives were the best we have had in awhile and we loved the touch of roasted red pepper in the mix. Charcuterie Boards are customized to each tables taste so you can decide on more meat or more cheese. The pane con tomate was delicious. We have been wanting to dine here for years and today’s lunch was a delicious experience which will bring us back to try dinner sometime.More

Nice Wines Downtown In March, I was strolling the parks and waterfront in St. Petersburg, while my wife was in meetings. I turned inland from the harbor, and noticed Ceviche, right on the corner. I checked the wine list, and found a few interesting options,...so declared “wine-thirty.” It was before the lunch rush, but they were open, and I got a 2-top on the balcony, overlooking Central Ave and Beach Drive. Unfortunately, the view toward Beach was of construction for the upcoming Grand Prix race - but so much of that area was in the middle of that process. I had the wine list, and started with the Torre La Moreira Albariño, Rias Baixas - nice to see some international wines on a list! While served a bit too cold, and in a rather industrial glass, the wine was very good, and I just sat back and relaxed on this lovely March morning, under the fans on the balcony. I followed that up with a glass of the Rekalde Hondarrabi Zuri Blend, Txakolina, and knew to just let it warm up a bit. Now, Ceviche has at least four areas: the balcony where I was seated, a sidewalk area below, a dining room, and then a nice bar, with seating around and near it. The space is attractive, and looks as though it could accommodate many diners. While I was there, I did not see a lunch crowd, but admit that I did not look back inside. Only about three other couples were seated on this balcony, and maybe three more on the sidewalk below. Service was good, though not what I would term “friendly.” It was more perfunctory, than welcoming. Maybe it was because I was only having wine, and not ordering from the tapas /small plate menu? I did not see the dinner menu, so do not know if it changes in the evening. In all, a nice place for some interesting wines.More

So we went with 4 people and started with Ceviche De La Casa and everyone ordered meat, got some rice and green beans also. we just passed the pates around and tried each one. Overall the food was good and we really enjoyed the place....We then ordered a couple more of our favorite, we loved the Pollo a La Parrilla ( chicken and potato) and the Croquetas. Want to go back and try the Paella, just did not the timeMore

Rojo will make us come back AGAIN! He was very patient when we were indecisive with what we wanted to order. He was very detailed about the dishes! We truly appreciate his patience and service!!! You guys have an asset to this business and we...will be back because of him! The hostess were very pleasant as well. This was our first time trying something out of our racial group and it was fantastic. Thanks for hosting us and we will be back! Dishes were great too!More
