the portions seem to be getting smaller. What is frustrating is sitting in the lobby when there are lots of empty tables in the dining room but they don't want to seat them (making the guest conform to their wishes).
My wife, a friend and I ate here for dinner the other day. We haven't been to a Red Lobster for quite awhile. It will probably be quite a long time before we go back. First off, this place needs to be brightened up, way too dark and dreary. Wait staff is in all black. How depressing. I ordered a... More
We got a gift card from our daughters for four restaurants & since we wanted seafood we chose the Red Lobster. The service was good, food was very good & I would highly recommend this Red Lobster!
Went to lunch with friend. Set us at a table that I really did not want to sit at..Did not want to move us because the other area they were keeping clean I assume for the dinner hour. The waiter was not very knowledgeable about prices and tried to divert our attention to something else and left the table. Bought... More
Lucette, our server tonight, was worth 5 stars, as she was very good and really tried hard to make up for cold coffee, wrong potato served, several other flubs by the kitchen. The Food was ok, but nothing special. My blackened trout was dry, blackening was a seasoning similar to cayan, not what I call blackened. My wife's fried fish... More
Ok, this is absolutely unimaginable. It was in 2013 since I last visited this place. although I said that I wouldn't go back to it, I still went there any way. Still not much has changed in the way of service, the young lady that greeted us was pleasant and we'll mannered but the rest of the staff provided service... More
My husband and I had read that the Red Lobster chain had broken off with the other restaurants it was associated with and had improved their quality of food. We tried it one Thursday evening, even though we had been disappointed in the past and vowed never to return. We both ordered from the prix fix menu. The soup was... More
The clam chowder is more like potato soup, the salad was wilted, the cream sauce was overwhelming, the shrimp was tasteless, the fish and baked potato were crusted with so much salt as to be inedible. It's a shame with seafood becoming so scarce that Red Lobster is able to waste so much of it.
Insisted twice in a two week beak. Got the $17 four course meal and took dessert way with me both days. Had ceaser salad, clam chowder and unlimited cheese biscuits which are both fresh and delicious. Good choice of mains and a couple of desserts to choose from. Meals were hot and fresh. Staff were friendly with good service. Would... More
