Excellent don’t miss the chance for great shrimp! The broccoli is great as a side. Service is excellent and really good key lime to finish it off.

We were in the area and stopped in for some seafood. The smoked fish dip reminded us of key West. I had the shrimp alfredo and I enjoyed it! The seafood is fresh and the manager was very nice. we will go back when we...are in the area.More
We had lunch at the Shrimp Store this week. We were pleasantly surprised at the excellent quality of the food. My shrimp were cooked to perfection and the grouper sandwich was excellent. The service was very timely and friendly. Thanks, Trip Advisor, for another great...tip for an excellent restaurant.More
Good food (especially if you are a seafood fanatic), wonderful service from a cohesive family team -thanks Melody!, management was very approachable while stopping to say hello to regulars/newcomers alike, and great liquor drinks! They are also renovating with new TVs, possible outside bar once...final ground is laid, new beer coolers with great btl/can selection, extremely affordable, and been around since 1984 for good reason. They helped their employees and drive up customers during lockdown. They also wore masks the whole 2 hours I was there (I asked them to take them off for pics) as well as plenty of parking and basically next to downtown St Pete while still being a local business. Check it out!More
Had lunch with friends at the 4th Street Shrimp Store. I was so heartened to finally see a restaurant with the sense to have real menus and salt and pepper shakers on the table. KUDOs!!!! We had fried clams, oysters, clam chowder and the crab...cakes. Everything was delicious and good portions. The clam chowder was tasty but devoid of actual clams. My cup had two little pieces of clams while my MIL's did not, it was just potato soup. I bought the lack of clams in the soup to the owner's attention and he blew me off. He said he would look into it but never got back to us. I was still charged for the potato soup. A more professional owner would have removed the soup from the bill.More
Had a delicious early dinner at this place and we were not disappointed. Tacos, clam chowder soup, margaritas were great. Nice casual atmosphere & good service. Had indoor, outdoor seating. Restaurant windows & doors where all open on a busy street, it was a bit...noisy especially when ambulance went by but after my second Margarita had no cares. Will visit again when in town.More
On a couple get away, before the superbowl madness hit town; we stop by on our way to the pier.......other than a rather tight parking lot, admittedly I have a Suburban, I would describe the experience as quaint and unique........the decor was eclectic, from old...license plates to other nautical memorabilia.........the food was very good, the service was first rate...........will be on our list when travels take us back to this area......More
My wife and I had a wonderful early dinner today and we enjoyed the whole experience. The decor is quirky fun and the service was just the right pacing. The food was all well prepared and reasonably priced. We also enjoyed the margaritas and desserts....This was our first visit and we look forward to future meals.More
Food was ok. Chowder was all potatoes. Coconut shrimp very good. Grouper sandwich at $17 was not ok without bread.
This 4th Street choice near downtown St. Pete always offers a nice casual atmosphere and fresh shrimp and seafood dishes. The consistent good service and dining makes it one of our go to spots when we are not looking for fancy, busy the budget options.
