I have been coming to the Craftsman House for several years and have enjoyed every visit. Not only is the eclectic, albeit small, gallery of fascinating pottery, glass, etc. always a treat to browse, but the little cafe serves a great lunch. It's absolutely charming to eat outside on the large porch.

How delightful this gallery is! The many rooms of this bungalow style dwelling are perfect backdrops for the art and crafts on sale. Plus, after browsing, we had an excellent lunch on the airy porch. Pumpkin ravioli for me and chicken salad with gazpacho for my friend. The people who work there, including the chef, couldn't have been nicer, too.

We once owned a craftsman-style house, so we really enjoyed browsing through this house and looking at all the arts and crafts. Also, it turned out to be a great place for coffee and a sandwich. Their wraps are very good. We recommend a visit when you are in the area.

Great chicken salad sandwich and a very good turkey/provolone/bacon wrap; ample proportions; reasonable prices. It looks like this would be a tearoom, but a full lunch is served. Check out the unique salt and pepper shakers.

Amazing locally crafted art. Wonderful live music on the porch. Good sandwiches and soup. Very active in the community and it shows by how well liked these folks are. They also give art classes...

This little (and I emphasize "little") café is housed in a quaint, historic Craftsman-type bungalow, with all of its little rooms and crevices filled with lovely--but expensive--local arts and crafts. Am in love with the concept, but....It is Summer in Florida--Super hot and humid, and the café has only 3 indoor (air conditioned) tables to eat at. It is a... More

This gallery and cafe was recommended to my husband and I for lunch when we were visiting a glass gallery nearby. We were very happy that we listened to a local's recommendation. She was spot on. I loved this unique place to grab a bite for lunch. The gallery is filled with many wonderful crafts from pottery to jewelry to... More

Have never eaten much there, just a snack. The place itself is great. Lots of very interesting pieces or art and crafts for sale. Interesting variety of food available and a very pleasant setting (indoors or out) to sit and eat and drink.

During a recent visit to St. Pete. my sister and I decided to stop at The Craftsman House as part of the Saturday Gallery Walk. The Craftsman is listed as the first stop on the map, so we figured we should start there. Don't make the same mistake we did. The owner will give you a chilly, if not outright... More
