I ordered something that I did not like. I didn't complain because it was my choice. My waiter pointed out to his manager that I hadn't eaten the food. The Manager asked me what the problem was and I told her. She offered a replacement...More
my wife's lobster tail was overcooked and and there was a long black hair in her salad. although they replaced her salad, there was no apology from the manager nor any sort of comp. My meal was mediocre at best.

I agree with others in that perhaps a call to the restaurant would answer the questions. We had a great experience and I know every restaurant is different, but having worked in restaurants for quite some time, I also know that sometimes the kitchen needs to catch up and that plays into the wait time. (Tables can be empty but different size parties and/or how the tables came in can all play a roll.) I am sorry to hear you had such a bad experience.
