Seriously...who would have thought this little side shop would have the best hot dog in St. Pete? It is absolutely delicious and you can follow it with a cone of the creamiest soft serve ice cream in town. You may have to wait a little...because it's a small place with only a couple of people taking orders and making food, but everything I've had here was delicious.More

After walking and walking and trying to find a good place to have breakfast we finally end up here. And I’m so glad we did. The food was amazing, the coffee was spectacular, and the service was good. They have seating areas outside and inside...at this ample coffee shop where they also have a store and they sell nice souvenirs. Their prices are great. We got a ham and cheese croissant and let me tell you it is one of the best I have had, crispy, fresh ham and cheese, and served warm with a wonderful price. Their coffee was served extremely hot and I was extremely happy too because that’s the way I like it. They didn’t put sugar which is wonderful because then we chose the sugar amount we wanted. The taste was very good and we had a mocha and a café con Leche.More

A Pretty Good Breakfast I had stopped by 400 Beach for drinks, the day before, and returned to their Annex 400 for breakfast. I was seated outdoors on the sidewalk seating on Beach Drive. I had the menu quickly, and decided on Croissants and coffee....Both were quite good. The Croissants were light, flaky and tasted nicely of butter. For something simple, I think that Annex 400 offers some nice options, and the outdoor sidewalk seating is quite lovely – especially if the weather is good. I would definitely return.More

Sandwiches and specialty eats which are all delicious! Frappes and coffees, smoothies and teas for all! This is a great spot on Beach Drive with minimal wait times.

This little shop and cafe sits just next door to 400 Beach seafood restaurant and tap house. It’s casual and great for quick grab n’ go meals, snacks and drinks. They also sell souvenirs. We got a cute St. Petersburg T-shirt here with a shark...on it which made a great souvenir as my husband had spotted a shark as we entered the harbour on the ferry! The tee was just abit thin so not sure how much wear he'll get out of it.More

I don’t know about any other food items but the smoothies and açaí bowls here are Horrible! The Açaí is runny like juice, the coconut that came on top looked suspect and it was $10 worth of nothing valuable. A great disappointment. The smoothie was...Icy, thin and lacked flavor. The atmosphere is nice and service was ok, but that’s about all.More

We stopped in for lunch and there was a good selection of sandwiches and salads. I went with the Cuban and it was delish! They also offer soft serve ice cream, which was a great dessert. They offer indoor and outdoor seating. Staff was friendly.

Great little breakfast spot. Cold brew was excellent. The açaí bowl was great. Will return and would recommend.

Beautiful day to stop in and grab a Kahwa coffee. Indoor/outdoor seating, breakfast. Service is good. You can buy something local in the shop. I sat outside but question the need to play outdoor music when it’s not needed and competing with the people walking...by, cars, and birds. Outdoor music while low is not needed.More
