The food and wine were fantastic! Our server Don created such a beautiful experience taking us through Chef's new menu. IT WAS DELISH.THE DUCK BREAST! OMG! I noticed every single staff member remaining extra attentive to the restaurant gusts. It seems that every single one...of them touched our table at some point. Including the manager Chad, who topped our desert off with my engagement ring. Thank you Chad. Yes! My better half purposed to me and I accepted <3 Thank you to all who made it such a memorable experience! Were getting Married!!!More

We have noticed that the quality of the ingredients has suffered recently. I believe that the F and B manager has become cost conscious to the extreme. As an example, the coffee is really bad. And, recently, the lobster was very chewy. We miss the..."Reveal" desert. It was a signature dish.More

My husband and I had an incredible meal here! We went to celebrate my birthday & Jess, our fabulous waiter, took amazing care of us. The service was impeccable & the food & how everything is prepared is truly outstanding. I highly recommend this place...for a special night. We arrived early & had cocktails while watching the sunset at their outdoor bar. Definitely on my list of places to return!More

Our experience was amazing! The food presentation was beautiful. Our food was yummy and our waiter, Jess, was simply the best! Attentive without being intrusive. The interior is newly remodeled and the decor is lovely. One of our favorite places. We will definitely be returning....It is pricey but well worth it.More

We went last night for our anniversary dinner and the entire experience was excellent. Our waiter, Jess, was helpful and attentive. But the best part was the food. We had the Scallops for an appetizer, the spring salad, and for our entrees, the Turbot and...Corvina. The latter was prepared grilled with a light curry and black rice. The dessert was a chocolate confection that was very good, and even the coffee was great. We would highly recommend the Maritana Grill for any special occasion.More

My husband and I went on the first day they opened back up since Covid-19. The ambience with beautiful staff was amazing. The food was spectacular. I really enjoyed the Rich taste of my oxtail ravioli paired with a whipped goat cheese. My husband’s duck...breast was succulent and perfectly seasoned. We shared the small plate lamb and holy smokes it was perfectly cooked and full of flavor.More

I can’t tell you about the food but if your not a guest get ready for $28.00 parking fee when you leave if you park in their lot. They’ve stopped validating local diners.More

Jeff Thank you for your patronage. Please advise when you ate here. Maritana has been closed since March and we cover all parking for guests when dining in Maritana. If you ate at Rowe Bar or Lobby Bar, then yes we don't cover parking in...More

Bottom line up front - disappointing experience at a very overrated restaurant. I dont understand the rave reviews unless written by people with no knowledge of good food. We are guests at the Don Cesar on our honeymoon and decided to do fine dining at...the "four star, diamond rated" Maritana Grille. First - the decor. NOT fine dining. Not horrible, clean and modern but not in any way romantic or "classy." Feels like an upscale diner or the place you go to for the free breakfast buffet at a nice hotel. Sadly the food matches the decor. We ordered the bread (paying for bread at this level of restaurant?), the roasted oysters, the garlic shrimp and the grilled octopus. The bread was really good, warm and chewy, came with some nice accompaniments including a delicious pear jam. The other appetizers were over priced and terribly bland at best. The octopus wasn't really a bad portion and it was perfectly tender, but cold and nearly flavorless. I ate half of it rather than wait on a new order - if they had reheated it in the microwave that would have been worse. The plate had an odd sauce on it that looked like a blob of battleship grey paint - didn't add anything and visually unappealing! The shrimp were just ok. Not bad but worth maybe six or seven dollars at a ham and egger seafood place. The oysters were terrible. Bland, oddly cooked, a strange and unsatisfying dish. Almost sent them back but, well, honeymoon. For main meals we ordered the duck breast and a bison rib eye and to be fair they were decent, good flavors and nicely cooked, but at premium steakhouse prices. The star of the evening was the side order of French fries, hot, crunchy but tender, perfectly salted, really among the top two or three pommes frites I've had anywhere. We skipped dessert. The service was friendly but a little inefficient- shouldn't take that long to get water refills among other minor issues so I cant really give high marks for that either. Summary- way over priced for what you get and NOT a romantic place - don't come here for date night. If you are staying at the Don Cesar and don't want to leave the hotel for dinner I suggest one of the casual restaurants or room service, but if you have extra cash and moderate expectations you can get a decent meal here if you generally avoid the appetizers. I wish I could have read my own review before dropping a few hundred bucks at Maritana.More

If you go to the hotel website there is a tab for event locations and menus. It offers a "chat" option. I would suggest you work quickly as this is a popular venue.
