My husband and I vacationed in Pass-a-Grille, Florida this week. We ate dinner twice at the Hurricane Seafood Restaurant. We had a great experience with both the food and service at this local restaurant. Our waitress was Kari, who was very enthusiastic and helpful. She wad very knowledgeable about the menu and answered any questions we had. The restaurant has... More

I had my first ever, fish taco, here. It was SO DELICIOUS!!! Crispy fried fish, mango salsa, cilantro....it was all good. The service, however, left something to be desired. We were seated quickly and our order was taken in a timely manner. The waitress didn't have a lot of personality, but she seemed ok. To be fair, our time was... More

As a plant-based eater, it is sometimes difficult to eat out. At the Hurricaine, our server, Nick, and the kitchen staff worked together to come up with a portabella mushroom taco that was delicious. I hope it will be on the menu the next time I visit.

All of the food is prepared on the spot and as it is ordered--nothing is prepped ahead. Consequently, the wait might be a bit longer, but definitely worth the wait. Highly recommend the fried shrimp--it is not greasy and the batter is very light. We also had breakfast there (specials every day)--VERY reasonably priced and excellent!

While vacationing in Treasure Island we heard beautiful sunsets could be found in Passe de Grille. We were not disappointed as we enjoyed a bite to eat at The Hurricane. My husband and enjoyed the shrimp appetizer followed by a bowl of clam chowder soup. Delicious on both accounts. Our server, CC, was very attentive. There are 3 different floors... More

Always a great place to go see the sunset from the rooftop bar. Unfortunately, They do not serve food up there and it was bar service only-no waitress. Went downstairs to eat dinner after watching the sunset. The wait was like longer than told, but worth it. Our waiter, Andre was great! The service -also great. We enjoyed steak, lobster... More

The Grouper sandwich is the best in Florida - I have eaten there for decades and it is the only thing I order there. After beach time there is a rooftop area for drinks and watching the sunset. If you are traveling to this area it is one restaurant you should visit. Our waitress this time was Kari - fun,... More

Ate here for late lunch, early dinner today. All the staff was so welcoming from Steve, the host to our waitress, Angie. Angie was very attentive and genuine! Food was excellent. Shrimp tacos and hurricane bisque were awesome and definitely hit the spot! Will be back!!

disorganized , seems like there are separate restaurants and each area had their own "rules " about seating and ordering food to be able to eat on up on the roof you have to order food in the bar and wait and take it up to roof waited long time for food and our order was not all together skimpy... My wife and I sat up at the rooftop bar near sunset almost every night were in St. Pete Beach. I never sat inside the restaurant itself, so I can't speak to that. The service up there was cheerful, but extremely inefficient because the bartender constantly had to call downstairs for supplies. When we ordered some appetizers, he called downstairs... More

DLM212, I would like to thank you for taking the time to review the Hurricane and inform us how to serve you better. Our credit card program was going thru an update and has been corrected. I will look into the supplies not being stocked to the par set in place. Looking forward to serve you much better. Thank You,... More
