I called them to kindly ask if it is possible to seat 2 people 42 minutes later. He said they don’t take reservations, but they should be able to seat us at 8:00 PM because it is less busy at that time. We arrived and...entered the restaurant, not a minute late, and the owner said she wouldn’t even put us on the waiting list. She said the kitchen won’t allow them to put us on the waiting list. I saw at least two tables outside that were empty. I have never been kicked out of a restaurant. Why didn’t he inform me on a waiting list so I can put my name on it when I called? He never even mentioned to me about a waiting list. And when we arrived, why didn’t the owner put us on this waiting list since she knew we called 42 minutes in advance? This is called terrible customer service. They should warn customers who call that they have a waiting list and that there is a possibility that they will be kicked out. I will never go back to this restaurant. This is not how you treat customers. The owner responded to my above review, on Google Maps, by saying that I should take my business somewhere else. The owner also gave a new reason why I couldn’t dine at the restaurant, which was because I was acting like a fool. I was not acting like a fool in any way to her or anyone there. We were happy to go to this restaurant and enjoy our time there respectfully. This is our first time going to this restaurant. I am really confused on why we were denied being to dine at this restaurant. But here is the owner saying to me in person that we can't be on the waiting list because the kitchen won't allow us. And now with her response on Google Maps, she is admitting publicly that she didn’t say the truth to us on this, instead the new reason is because she didn't want us at her restaurant because I was acting like a fool. I don’t believe it. Why were we really denied? This is ridiculous. This is really bad treatment for a good customer. This is not professional and it shouldn’t be the behavior of an owner. I write this review so that others don’t have the same experience as us. After I wrote this above message on Facebook, the owner blocked my account on Facebook. They also removed my review on Instagram. This really shows how they try to hide real bad reviews about them.More

Went for dinner. Ordered the Signature Pizza. Substituted the green peppers with another pepper with a little more spice. It was a very good pizza!! Probably the best on the Beach. Their complimentary bread and dipping oil is unbelievable. Our server, Stacy, provided excellent service....We are definitely going to go again. This was my second time eating here, but I brought my husband for the first time. He was worried that I’d oversold it, but he was so impressed that we will be back. Food was fine, except for the hair one person found in their food. To be fair, they took that dish off the bill, but still it shouldn’t have happened. Another person ordered dessert, but never got it. Service was mediocre but I guess they didn’t...care since we were a group of 8 and they added a 20% tip to the bill. We won’t be going back. Nice casual atmosphere. The server was plesant but the service was poor. The restaurant was not busy for lunch. Our soup was wonderful but the entrees were lacking. Tirmasu was just so so.

Outstanding food and service. We went twice during our month stay in St Pete Beach. Pizza crust is lovely with a bit of char, just how I like it. I had Bolognese and it was delicious. The bread they serve is also great.

The location is in a strip mall but the food and service were great! Cosy feeling inside. Wait staff attentive and not intrusive. Food was flavorful and plentiful. Cost is reasonable. Tried once and, when we had the opportunity, went back for another great dinner!

We had a large group and they did a very good job accommodating us. The staff was friendly and service was outstanding. Everyone in our party loved their food. The sangria was amazing and garlic knots were to die for.

This is a hidden gem of a Italian restaurant. A destination in the Dolphin Village strip mall next to Publix. A destination place! And, great value!

Went to Buona's with my family for dinner. I must say, this place is a gem! We were promptly seated and greeted by a wonderful waitress. She explained the menu and recommended a coupled of plates which all sounded amazing! She then quickly brought our...delicious bread and oil to the table.
